I would recommend amend them for all flatbed tarp repair they had to re stitch ware the d rings were back to the sides they were really reasonable on the price to fix my tarp to get me back down the road and rolling thanks again

I was told they could repair my camper awning. I drop it off and said give them a few weeks. I called 2 weeks later and they said they hadn’t been able to look at it because it was so busy. Fair enough. I called back a week later and they said they could not repair it but they could replace it at such and such cost. Cool let’s do it. I heard nothing from them for 2 months. I call back today, 9-28-2020, and I’m told they have no way to repair it. They don’t have the machines and can’t replace it with it having LED lights. They also said they have had people quit and with this covid situation can’t make it happen. Ok, so was the person who quit the only employee who knew how to use a phone? I couldn’t have received a phone call 2 months ago telling me this info? So I go pick up the awning and the gentleman at the counter literally points to my awning on the ground and says, “there it is.” So I pick it up and leave. No manager meeting me to explain any further what happened or apologizing. Horrible customer service. Let’s blame your awful service on Covid 19. As far as I know, you can’t catch the corona making a simple phone call.

We needed a zippered cover for our tent mattress. They made one that was perfect sized and waterproof which makes packing and unpacking very easy. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my tent in because the zipper didnt work and they fixed both tent doors by sewing on Velcro only for 50 bucks definitely worth it did a great job!

Incredibly unprofessional. They arrived two hours late to set up the tent which is egregious to do to someone on their wedding day. The guy in charge screamed at me in defense of their arrival time, even interrupted me while I was on the phone to yell some more, and then refused to help set up tables and chairs in an effort to put the schedule back on track. And of course, they demand payment before they even load the tents for setup so there was no bargaining room there. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they don’t keep their word, they are rude to your face after receiving payment, and they possess absolutely no customer service skills. They left a disgusting stain on my otherwise gorgeous day.

If you want your wedding reception planning to be a total chaos this is the place to go! The office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. From day 1 we had nothing but problems. First off when I called a month before my wedding to double check our order they didnt have our order correct, and things were missing, however when I called to get this corrected the woman in the office helping me out did a great job! I think she was the most upfront and professional out of all of them. I was also told to call the Monday before the wedding to set a time with Kistler for them to deliver and set up that Friday. Monday I called and was told they had no schedule set, and that they would call when they had it arranged. Well to no surprise I was never contacted. The next day I called again to see what time they would be able to come out to our venue and once again was told they did not have their schedule set up and it would probable be Sometime before noon (really helpful when you have about 100 other things to do that day) Well Friday finally rolls around and I gave them one more call that morning to see if they had a better idea of when theyd be to the venue and double checked on the address to be sure they knew where they were going. Rudely I was told they were loading the trucks, they knew where they were going, and theyd be there by noon. About 1 still no Kistler... So my brother proceeded to call them and see where they were at. Well surprise surprise they actually didnt know where they were going (even though all week they assured me they did) They did call my phone to get directions but given we were well outside of town with no service I never got the voicemail. When they finally made it out to set up they guys who were in charge of that did an outstanding job!!! Very professional, quick, and polite. However when they left we realized they had shorted us about 60 chairs. So I called Kistler to just let them know and very rudely once again I was told they would handle it not hearing back and wondering how they were handling it I called one last time to see what the plan was, and once again very rudely was told they guys were going to head back down with them. I am in the business and sales industry and I know if I treated my customers the way Kistler treated me Id be out of business. I heard good things about this place, but they were rude as hell to me. Walked in and kyle didnt say anything, i introduced myself and said i had called earlier about what was the response i got. I explained what i called about and went to my truck to get the item i came down there to talk to him about making more of. When i brought it in he just said no. I sat there for a second and he said cant do it. He started talking a little more when i said ok thanks and walked out but at that point i had already made up my mind i wasnt going to spend money there and he really wasnt any less rude, just talked more. Ive seen some of their work and it seemed very nice and heavy duty, thats why im giving them 2 stars
