Michael did a fantastic job. I love this place they are by far the best in town.... And Ive been to them all, so I would know. (Pic is nearly two weeks later... And they still look good)

Literally the absolute worse nail experience of my entire life. I asked for LONG ALMOND nails and received short round disgusting mismatched nails. A complete waste of money and so sadly disappointing. Every single nail has a mismatched shape and poor quality. 500% do not recommend.

I went here a couple weeks ago in may to get my toes done. They are gel and is supposed to last longer, well after a week it started to lift, a week later i went in to get a full set done and after 1 1/2 weeks i have a nail lifting. While getting my nails done she seemed in a hurry and frustrated with me. I asked for coffin and she gave uneven squareish nails? On top of it some of my nails are NOT filled all the way with gaps on the sides

Every employee here was completely rude; yanking our hands; sighing when we asked to see colors; no please or thank you, etc. The guy that did my daughters nails didnt say one word; just kept his eyebrows scrunched up the whole time. They did extremely poor, rushed nail jobs for my daughter and I and my daughters nail broke the next day. The salon was also dirty. Going to a nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing time, not feeling treated as though youre an imposition on the employees. I will never go back! Waste of money!

They were busy and we didn’t mind waiting at all. But the procedures were rushed. They didn’t file my feet at all just soaked them and polished them. I felt like they were in a hurry I’ve had far better mani/pedi in Casper. It’s a nice place but they’re not overly nice and I wasn’t impressed with the overall experience.

My nails look AMAZING! They look exactly like the picture I showed him. I will definitely be back for more!!! Everyone needs to go to Top Nails in Casper!

HORRIBLE customer service!! The woman who did my nails (assuming she is the owner) was very rude. She didn’t seem happy to be with customers. One of the worst experiences at a nail salon I’ve had and I will not be returning

Easily the worst pedicure I have ever had. Staff were incredibly rude and acted as though the services being provided were a burden to them. I will never visit this establishment again.

This Salon is awesome! Always try to accommodate your schedule and have the latest colors and designs for your nails.

Two thumbs down. They did not ask why type of pedicure I wanted. VERY VERY ruff when trimming nails and cuticles. Used only hand gestures when asking for my foot and actually pushed on my foot for me to return it to the tub. NO conversations, water in the tub was luke warm at best. There was NO massage, just a bunch of lotion....booo. Worst $45 ever spent. One plus, the gel is nice and shines pretty!

I’ve been to every nail place in Casper and this is the only place I come back to. I’ve been 3 times and will be back again and again. Very friendly. Very clean. And my nails are always exactly how I want them. Keep it up Top Nails!

I needed a polish fix after smudging my toenails. After being rudely turned away from another salon I drove to Top Nails. The staff was accommodating and made sure my toes were redone to make sure the job looked great. I tipped them the same amount of the service. I will never go to E & H nails again.

Pedicure came out nice. Just wish the man put a little more effort into massage as I had paid for. All he did was rub lotion into my legs while staring off to the side

Would probably return if they atleast said hi when you sat at their booth. No hi, how are you..and you got my color wrong. Not good business to not listen to your customer. Unfortunately I will not be a return customer.

Terrible customer service, every time I have made a appointment I end up waiting 30-40 min anyways because they will except walk ins during the time of your appointment. Not worth it if you ask me. There are other places in town that do just as good of a job or better and can get you in on time.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Pedicure massage was super lame, basically was just rubbing lotion on my legs. Wasnt offered a drink. Didnt ask how I liked the water temperature. Probably wouldnt go back.

My mom and I just went here the other day. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a soda or a water when we came in. We got mani/pedis and the pedicure was really nice and thorough. They did a great massage and even had a hot towel for the leg massage. It was very clean. The tools were sterilized in an autoclave it looked like. They had a liner for the pedicure tub as well. Michael did my nails and was very nice and friendly. My mom and I will definitely be back at some point.

Awful. They have employees doing nails who don’t have their cosmetics licenses. I paid for a full manicure and had to ask them to remove my cuticles, which they even argued about. My $50 manicure started peeling off after two days, when they promised it would stay on for weeks. Go to E & H nails... that’s where I went after this disaster and they treated me very well.

I used to go to Andys but except for one great employee - their service is sloppy. After going way too long without a pedicure I decided to try Top Nails. About the same price as Andys but CLEAN. And I had the most wonderful unhurried foot & leg massage ever. I am not a fancy nails girl but did a mani with gel. Fantastic careful work. I think his name was Bon. I will be back!

I had been wanting to try this place out for a while since I usually hear good things about it, however my experience was not so good. I went in about 2 weeks ago it was around 5:30pm when I got there, I walked in there was only one girl doing nails at the time I asked her how long the wait was she told me 10 minutes I said ok and waited which actually turned into 30 mins the whole time I was sitting there some fat guy was just staring at me it kind of seemed like it bothered him I was waiting he walked over to me and said what color do you want I said just a nude simple color and he replied ok what one I said I haven’t chosen yet then I asked do you guys do matte he answered me in a rude way matte is just a top coat! So what color do you want? I said I don’t know I just want a nude he grabbed a basket that was on a table and rudely stared tossing the gel colors around saying “well which one there’s a lot” I felt embarrassed because there was other people in there and they just stared at me, I just said oh ok, at that point I honestly felt like walking out. Then when it finally became my turn the lady was nice but she did a sloppy job on my nails the fat guy kept saying something to her so she kept rushing doing them, left them all crooked and the clear foil I had chosen has now turned an ugly black color. I won’t be going back to this place and everyone I know I won’t recommend it to them horrible experience, I will just stick to Andy’s Nails and Modern Nails they at lease do a better job for $55 I was charged. I should have just walked out and gone to my regular places...
