Worst service I have ever received. They took me back after making me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time(but they were taking people back that had appointments after me immediately and just ignoring me)They switched artists halfway through my service, ignored everything I asked for, gave me the wrong nail shape, the wrong color, gave me so much passive aggressive attitude. The man that finished my serive would text in between every nail., made fun of me, made rude comments on my appearance and overcharged me. Definitely not worth the money or time. For someone who just moved here this was a terrible first experience. I repeatedly told them what I wanted and did not receive anything close to that.I will never be returning and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I am a mom of 3 and went in today to treat myself for the first time in forever. A man named Mick sat down to do my nails and instantly was rude and was acting as if I was an inconvenience. I let that go. After he shaped my nails I see that my right pointer finger is lopsided and not matching the other nails. He tossed the nail file at me and said “you can fix it.” I went to the manager, showed her my nails and she said it was my finger. However my nail had NEVER bent like that the past times I’ve gotten my nails done. I asked if there was anyone else that could help me and she said no. I sat back down without saying a word. Mick then removed my nails and said I can’t help you. I left crying. I called once I was out in my car and the manager said I could come back another day. Mind you, I was paying a babysitter just to go do this. Plus ready to pay $65+ dollars for the service and I leave a very decent tip for good work and service. Who knows what things they said about me once I left. So embarrassing.I was treated poorly and this experience pretty much ruined my whole day. I would not recommend this place unless you’re trying to get upset and have a bad experience.

Ive been here a couple times now for pedicures. I also got a manicure this last time and I am happy with their work. I did not give 5 stars because I feel like they could improve their customer service. The gentleman I had stared at himself in the mirror the whole time. It was weird.

I love this place. I go often. They always get my nails the way I want them. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is $60 for a full set is very pricey when a fill is $50. Ouch.

Best pedi Ive had in years (the massage was on point) and my nails fill turned out great as well.

DO NOT VISIT!!! I go into my appointment and wait 20 minutes to finally get my acrylic nails done, which isn’t that bad and I didn’t mind that much. My nail technician took me to his station, asked what I wanted, and then went to the back of the store near the sinks and just stood there on his phone for the next 10 minutes playing a game. “Could be worse” I told myself, and he came over and begun to glue tips onto my nails. Then, when he started putting on acrylic powder, it burnt my fingertips like I had put a lighter underneath it and left it for a minute. When my hand tended up from pain and I said ow, my nail tech rolled his eyes and said to relax. After putting on the acrylic, the nail tech pulls out a CLEARLY USED cardboard nail file, which is incredibly UNSANITARY and are supposed to be thrown out after each use on a client. For the entire duration of my appointment, my nail technician used his phone and was clearly playing games on it. Finally, I go to pay and it’s $50 and a $5 tip, which isn’t a good price for the terrible service I had, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to leave. Today, I go to check my card balance and I discover that THE SALON CHARGED MY CARD TWICE. Terrible service, terrible employees, terrible prices. I suggest you never visit.

I have come here for quite some time and never have I been unhappy with the quality or design on my nails no matter who does them. I recommend this place to all who ask.

I usually go somewhere else to get my nails done or if I have to get them off. But they were closed for the week. So I called around to decide to go check these guys out. She hurt me getting off my nails multiple times even when I was telling her she was hurting me. Ive never had my nails taken off the way she did them. its not supposed to hurt when you get your nails done or when you get them off. She didnt even care that I told her multiple times that it was hurting. but I had to let her finish cuz I was running late for work and I couldnt go with Jack up nails. I would never recommend these guys to anybody.

I had gone to a different salon in town to get my nails done for my wedding and absolutely hated them!! I walked into this place the same day and they got me on and completely fixed my nails for me. I am so much happier with them and will definitely go back!

Went in with my sister to get our toes done and was given a price when we set our appointment! Then when my toes were done they were horrible polish still on my skin patchy polish and when we went to pay we were over charged!

I went here with my mom to get a manipeti they rushed on their toenails and made them look bumpy and unsmooth and the guy that did my moms nails was rough and not nice he would pick her foot up off the water and slam it down onto the footrest and then proceeded to tell her to quit moving because it hurt then we got our nails done and we tried the dip and two days later almost all of my nails had already chipped, mean and not good work.
