I had asked for specific things to be done and they didnt happen. For instance my sprinklers turned on. Weeds sprayed and some general landscaping. I was promised and never happened not even a phone call. I recently moved back to Casper and bought a home with a large yard that had been neglected so theres a lot of work to be done. When they mowed didnt even blow off the sidewalk or the patio. I dont feel that I was valued as a customer, let alone a new customer.

Called and left a message about a 2 sprinklers, one leaking and one malfunctioning. Within the day I was called and had an appointment. John here and both sprinklers replaced in less than an hour. Appreciate his efficiency and he made sure they were adjusted before he left. Great customer service. Have been using them for years and they never disappoint.

They do bad work, and its hard to get hold of anyone that knows whats going on with the job they are doing. They are not nice and think they know what I wanted before I told them. Not going to use them ever again.

Rude customer service from the person who showed up to blow out sprinkler system. Drove across my wet lawn when I ask him not to. Lady who answered phone didnt really care. Beware of this company.
