Joleen went out of her way to help my 92 year old Father to set up with a special phone for the hearing impaired. A young lady rang the doorbell on the second day, set it up, down loaded all of his contacts and taught him how to use it. Wow it was so fast. Joleen knows how to get things down.I also just bought a pair of hearing aids mostly for tinnitus. It worked in having the buzzing go away. Joleen is caring, accurate and knowledgeable. She is speedy in getting things down. I would highly recommend her. I’ve been to other audiologists but none compared to her services.Carolea

I would highly recommend Precision Hearing to anyone. I received great service there and was really impressed by the level of personal attention and helpfulness from the staff. I have a fairly complicated hearing problem, and have been to several specialists in the past. In comparison to my prior experience with people in this field, Joleen went well above and beyond in her efforts to help me. She is an experienced and resourceful Audiologist who is obviously dedicated to the needs of her clients.

I bought behind-the ear hearing aids from them 4-1/2 years ago. These hearing aids have never worked correctly and I have tried to have them adjusted several times. As it turned out after going to a different provider, these hearing aids are only allowing me to hear in the middle ranges and are not allowing me to hearing high pitches and low pitches. I should have been fitted with behind the ear with molded pieces that fit into my ear canals. Thanks Precision Hearing for 4-1/2 years of frustration and embarrassment.
