I was passing through town on a cross country road trip and noticed a few chips in my windshield. I called and was told I could come right in. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the guy who helped actually noticed and sealed more chips I didnt notice. I would highly recommend this place. This auto glass shop has been a solid pillar of the auto service industry in Casper for as long as I can remember and Ive been here for 38 years. Ive never visited any other glass shops, never needed to. Every experience Ive had with Decker has been awesome. Customer service and workmanship has been nothing short of the best, from new windshields to simple chip repairs. I would and do recommend Decker for all your auto glass needs.

Used to love using this place definitely not the same service this time. Slow to get things done, didnt call when it was finished I had to call late that afternoon to see if it was down and was told its done but they wouldnt let me pick it up yet because they had to do paper work still.

Paige and Mary are so nice and helpful! And the crew did a fantastic job replacing a driver side window and it works beautifully! Quality work for a very reasonable price, will definitely be my go-to place for auto glass!

Dont recommend Decker Auto glass on industrial Ave. Apparently they dont teach their representatives how to correctly schedule appointments. Went to drop car off only to find out that previous rep that made appointment didnt accurately enter in their system. What a waste of time.

They were great and friendly. Same day service. Other places I called would have been 3 weeks out to replace my windshield.

They got my windshield replaced in about 3hrs including calibration. Idk about pricing since I used insurance and my deductible was $499 for a 2019 Rav4. I think it would have been closer to $1.1k to replace without insurance but the rav4 has a special windshield and electronics to calibrate. Overall Id say theyre pretty great and the timeliness made me pretty happy.

Deckers Auto did a good job on my window. It didnt take long. They are more expensive than other places but you wont have to wait to get your car in and done.

Everyone was really nice and helped me immediately. They also put a cover to protect my van til I can get it fixed and even offered to put another cover if this one doesnt stay on. I highly recommend this company.

Theyre the best with respect to customer service. I have installed windshield sun screens in all of my vehicles. After years of sun abuse, these shades naturally weather and the recoil system develop issues. They have repaired my screens at no cost every single time, same day I show up with an issue. Their window replacement pricing is competitive and Ive had no issues with repaired windows theyve worked on.

We were traveling through cross country and we got a rock chip in our motorhome windshield. A phone call to Decker and they advised us which shop had the best parking situation. We were in and out in minutes!Great service, from a friendly professional staff.

I came in on Saturday morning to have a few chips looked at. The gentleman in the office took a quick look at both of them and sorted the whole thing out for me. Friendly service, and timely too.

I have been a customer of Decker Auto Glass for years and years. I have brought many different vehicles to them, they have done many windshields for me and they have always done a really great job, I have no complaints whatsoever with the service I have received from them. I had shades I had bought for my windows in my car and they were not sticking properly, they even helped me with that, they are good guys.

They forget to call you to pick up your vehicle when their done so you have to turn around and call them back. Of course their excuse is that they left a message of course that is total BS. They got caught in a lie with me because my voicemail wasnt set up and I was waiting for them to call all day.

We were 70 miles west of Casper when the front windshield of our 30 class C RV cracked. It continued to worsen as we turned around and headed back. My bride looked up Decler and they were able to get us into the shop before closing. Great team there! Replaced the windshield in an hour and we were back on the road after it had set up for another hour. Made our day!

Left my driver window down sun roof wide open never received a call that it was done.. They left it completly unlocked but hey my windsheild looks good! 👍. Oh and the emergency line is a joke they dont even answer.

Replaced the windshield on my new Ford. Busted all the clips on my trip and then just glued it back on. Didnt tell me anything! A year later I had to have my windshield replaced again and the installed had to chip the trim off with a chisel!! Im out $400 to replace it! Took 3 calls to get a manager to talk to me and he said have a nice day dont come back then hung up on me.
