We walked in thinking of buying a new phone. Noticed the sign in window saying they did phone repairs. Even though my phone is a little older they had a battery to replace it. An hour after dropping it off o had my phone back and its working perfectly. Thank you for the great fast service.

These guys (and gals) go out of their way to make sure my special needs sons ipad gets fixed every time! He is non verbal and needs it to speak and is very hard on his ipads! Screen Cycle has fixed it for me for free when i couldn’t afford it. This business gives back to their community and does a great job fixing ipads, iphones, you name it. Super grateful!

They did an awesome job with my phone screen repair. Nowhere else could get the one for my phone (Samsung A11)...they are reasonably priced and have great customer service! Hopefully, I wont have to return there anytime soon, but if I do break my screen again they will be the place I go to fix it!

Went in on a Friday was told to return the next day to buy a phone because the manager would be bringing some in a little after ten.When I returned the next day I was told to wait til 11pm for a phone that never arrived.Then no one would even help me order a new phone. Probably going to switch carriers that’s how bad this experience has been

Super quick battery replacement at a fair price

Sure wish zero stars were an option. Screen cycle ordered parts for my phone and told me to be there at 10am. After 2 hour drive I showed up to a closed business. Waiting until 10:20 before deciding that this was a company that just didnt want or need my money.

Cody & Patrick were so helpful they replaced my phone battery fixed my home button & brought new life to my old phone. Very knowledgeable & kind with speedy service. They are open 10-7 Monday through Friday & till 5 on Saturday. Not only do they do phenomenal phone repair but they also sell refurbished phones at super reasonable prices that come with a 6 month warranty. They also have a good selection of charging chords & cases. I highly recommend this shop for all cell phone repairs.

Horrible. Took my apple watch to get the screen fixed and when they gave it back it wouldnt even turn on. Took it back and for 3 months they kept saying it will be done next week multiple times. Finally got it back last yesterday and the screen is falling off. It would be no biggie if they didnt keep lying about it. Do not recommend

The guys at Casper Cycle changed my husbands cracked screen in 10 minutes. They were very responsive and half the price if anyone else in town. We even had insurance on our phone and chose not to send it in as this would have taken days to get his phone fixed which come to find out isn’t actually your phone it is a refurbished phone. Highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys were very quick and helpful. Fixed my phone in 20 minutes while I watched “Friends,” it was nice. They are very knowledgeable about technology and I would recommended them for any cell phone repair. I also saw some of the laser engraving stuff and it was really cool.
