Super frustrated that they can’t come out to inspect my chimney to get a quote to see if it needs cleaning. Their website clearly states: “Call Today For Your Free Quote on chimney cleaning & chimney inspection!” right on their homepage at the top of their website. The guy said he doesn’t have time to give quotes on cleaning. Do not recommend nor is this company helpful.

Called for Someone to come out and fix My Pellet Stove They Scheduled Me 4 weeks later... not a Big Deal I understand the Demand... but I paid 140 for them to Just clean the stove when I’m Feet I needed It up and Working Now I have a Really clean Non Working Pellet Stove.... Wish these guy would have repaired the problem while Here..date of Service 10/4/17 Thanks for waisting My Time And Money
