It shouldn’t be, but being a woman and trying to buy a vehicle can be intimidating. Tyler Price set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. Took my 2009 Corolla in for an oil change. They filled up all the fluids and everything else checked out OK according to the service department. Shortly after my car started shuddering while braking. I took it to a brake specialty place and was told all the brakes needed replacing, as well as an alignment, costing close to $900 bucks. I then took it to a different quick lube place to have the coolant flushed, they told me that the ATF fluid was filled way too much. They had to drain it down to a safe level. Go somewhere else if you need your vehicle serviced, these guys dont know what they are doing.

I would not recommend servicing a vehicle here unless you get everything in writing. I had a problem with my Toyota Corolla daytime running light. I had it diagnosed and it was to be covered under the warranty. The parts were ordered and service date chosen. Then when I came back for the installation the representative said it suddenly wasnt covered under the warranty. Then the technician who looked at it originally couldnt be found and the original report was missing. Be careful if you go here, and get everything in writing!

My biggest grief is having to sit at the dealership (usually all day) in order to draw up paperwork and sign documents. 2.5 hours was all i was there (test drive and trade in included) and worked with me very well in giving me a fair trade in value, and made sure i was comfortable with all of the paperwork instead of pushing it in front of me saying sign here. Kaden at Foss Toyota opened my eyes to different vehicle brands. I am very pleased with Kaden and his knowledge. I am not an easy person to talk to or deal with, I do not like people and somehow I liked Kaden within the first couple of minutes. English Mike with Foss Toyota is a master of perfection. I am positively impressed with the level of skill that English Mike has.
