Michael and his team are uber responsive to all of your insurance needs! Michael provided me with his cell number, and his LOCAL office number for any claims questions, coverage questions, or any other insurance needs! When I had to file a claim on my homeowners insurance, he had a claims adjuster call me within 20 minutes of when the event occurred! The entire claims process was seamless, and Michael was available each time I had questions. I also realized that my previous coverage did not cover nearly what I needed for my home coverage AND it was much more reasonable! I have more homeowners, umbrella and auto coverage for a lower price!

When you do not buy insurance locally, you wont get the service that Farmers and Mike Erickson gives in Casper. His mom Sandy Whitmer was the best and apparently that bloodline is intact with Mike! Massive snowstorm this week in Casper and I lost part of my warehouse and when I called them in panic mode, and when they acted and took care of my piece of mind and my warehouse was less than an hour for a very big project. Seriously, thats as good as it gets folks! Thanks Mike Erickson and team for going the extra mile without me asking. Its simply what insurance is supposed to be. A solid piece of Mind!
