I do not know her name but the cust. Service rep was so kind and patient. She really listened ro what I was saying.

The employee acted as though she had ran my check but when I called corporate I came to find out that she didnt even run it but she did but a void on it to where I couldnt even cash it anywhere else.

I came in the Casa Grande, AZ location right at 9am to get a detachment card and the car rep was so nice and so helpful.

Martina is always very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and excellent manager.

I would love to tell you. Martina is my absolute favorite person at ace. She is always so very respectful and very helpful to me. When I first opened my account I was just going to use it for a month. My first time I met Martina I was amazed there was such a wonderful woman in ace. She has tremendously helped me over and over again. I will definitely go nowhere else but to my girl Martina. Her personality and respectfulness is way beyond her job. I have waited a little bit while she helped someone else and she is also worth waiting for. They are scammers, especially the manager. Classic bait and switch. I was quoted a price when signing on as a customer to cash money order. They then went ahead and kept raising the price up to double the fee and even wanted to add an extra fee on top of that. No thanks! Stay away from this place. Save your money and go to Walmart instead. Stuck up millennials, with too much makeup and nails and hair of a clown. No customer service. #Arizona rude
