The technician wasnt sure he will be able to remove all the hard stains so he genuinely told me that to prevent any disappointment in advanceBut eventually the result was perfect!!Highly highly recommended!!

I can tell you there customer service is poor. I waited for a 2 pm appoinment when 2:30 rolled around I called and they no longer could come. According to them an emergency had come up. Even if this is true it is poor customer service not to inform your current appointments that you are no longer coming. I have been preparing for this appointment since yesterday. I would have at least liked the courtesy of a phone call.
