They didn’t take enough blood out of my father for the two ordered tests. Then I heard one lady say, “just pour the blood from one tube into another.” I asked them when the results would be back, they said 2-3 days. It’s been 4 days and still no results. Also, even though we had made an appt. time in advance, we waited an hour to get in. I’ve always gone to this lab, but not any more.
Last time I will come back to this location. Receptionist at the front was overwhelmed and getting snappy with people. After signing in on the clipboard I patiently waited. She called my name and I walked to the front. Then she looked at me and snapped at me and told me to sit down!! I said Hey! You just called my name! She apologized and helped me then. The same lady called me to the back and handled specimens without wearing gloves and was touching everything. I handed her my urine sample and she wasnt wearing any gloves after taking it!! She never washed her hands and continued to touch the keyboards and digging in her purse. Also this place expects you to wear a mask and she was wearing hers under the nose. Ive been in the healthcare field for several years and this is not the way for your patients to be safe. Overall not a good experience.
I am a hard stick. Veins roll, collapse, or blow, if they can be found at all. These guys have always been able to get blood on first or second try. They have always checked and rechecked before a stick. I wont go anywhere else.
I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. However, I found the exact opposite of those reviews. The staff were friendly, and I was in and out within minutes.
My first time in there after a very terrible time at LabCorp, never again. Any way I walked in and spoke with Luz at the front desk she was very nice and looked over my order and checked that they did take my Insurance (due to we just moved down here) she was wonderful and I will be returning. It was more then a breath of fresh air from the way I was treated at LabCorp jeez I felt very confident that this will be a new friendship with Sonora Quest Laboratories and I am very excited to have found this Lab. Thank you LUZ you are the BEST EVER!!!!!
The staff was very friendly and got me in and out quickly, close to the time of my scheduled appointment. I appreciated that the person at the front desk allowed me to wait outside after a quick check-in and then called me on my cell phone when they were ready. Online registration was simple. They appear to have removed the computerized check-in terminal in the waiting room that required patients to type their names. Thats good because many people seemed to have trouble with it. UPDATE: Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the opposite of the previous one. When I went to the front desk to check in, they directed me to the computer terminal. When I took out the touch tool on my key chain to use the keypad, the person behind the desk said I would need to use my fingers instead. I used the touch tool anyway (awkwardly) and asked whether I could wait outside. They said I could if I left my phone number. I scribbled the number on a business card and went outside to wait in my car. There were two patients ahead of me. After waiting an hour without receiving a call, I left. When I got home, I checked online and saw that the appointment had been canceled. I dont know what happened. Maybe they were having a bad day. But after a five-star experience the previous visit, I was disappointed that the staff didnt display more interest in accommodating patients who are concerned about COVID-19.
My husband had an appointment today at 10:30. He went in and I waited in the car. At 11 I went in to see what was taking so long. I couldn’t believe my eyes. There were at least 20 people and maybe more in there. They had taken out every other chair but the chairs were full and people standing. My husband has heart disease and Parkinson’s. I should have gone in with him but so many places do not want but just the person the appointment is for. We would have left immediately. We have tried to be so careful. This makes me very sad. I just hope that mask he had on did it’s job. I don’t understand how they could let something like this go on with the Covid problem. People could wait in their cars and come in with a call. I’m still so upset!.
I had an appointment at 10:30AM. Was told to arrive 10 minutes before which I did. All I came in for was a blood test. Everyone that came in after me kept going in before me so I asked the lady up front and she said she put me into the system but she doesn’t know where I’m at in line. She then took all my information ( which she did not do when I was checking in) then said I would be next in line. Did not show that she was sorry at all. I then sat down and continued to wait. People that came in after me kept going in before me. I kept waiting. I still waited 30 minutes after she told me I would be next in line before they even got me, even though people were still going in. In total I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and arrived early. The front desk lady did not seem to care at all.
Ive been going here for years. I know what my responsibility is when making sure my orders are ready before I make an appointment. I have personally witnessed some very bad behaviors from patients, but it is because they have a bedside manner of a wolverine. Every time I have seen an altercation, it has been 100 percent the patients fault. Keep going strong Sonora Quest!
I gave 3 stars because the people taking your blood are nice and I feel do a good job and they are quick about it but it seems no matter what person is working the front desk they seem rude and like you are bothering for them being there.
Only 4 stars due to their unreliable computer system. The team is excellent, though. They are professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I have witnessed some world-class cranks as customers, and the staff always has treated them professionally & patiently.
Beyond rude! Family member had an extremely frustrating experience. After reading all these negative reviews It is apparent that rude service is the norm. When an organization has a long history of negative comments such as I see here, it is clear that this behavior is completely acceptable by management. We will be following up.
I have a 14 year old daughter who needs a blood draw for two separate physicians. These reviews are unacceptable. With COVID19 i cannot afford a disorganized, unprofessional, group to supply delicate samples and results to my daughters physicians. Way to risky to come here. I will have to make other arrangements. {This visit would not be related to COVID19} Thanks for the reviews folks.
Unprofessional staff unequipped, not wearing face masks properly, unprofessional clerk with no urgency what so ever, had to pee so bad after waiting forever that I left and peed at the hotel and came back and they refused to let me test, I am not a criminal, just need it for a nursing job. My employer tried to call them but Apparently they never answer the phone. If I could give them 0 stars I would, luckily I know to never return to that place again.
I was somewhat hesitant due to negative reviews, but my experience was very good. The person who drew blood was friendly and competent. My only complaint was being unable to get an appointment earlier than 10:30 a.m. for a fasting blood test. Just a suggestion, the sign in kiosks are nice, but the first thing you see upon arriving is a receptionist desk, so I had to bother the person behind the desk to find out that I had to sign in at the kiosk. Maybe a bigger sign pointing to where you have to go at the desk would help.
My brother had a 2:15pm appt. Arrived @ 2pm and checked in successfully. I came back at 2:45 pm. He had not been taken in. The front desk blamed him for not checking in correctly.Then threatened him to deny service if he continued arguing . They took his blood.Was not given a band aid till he requested tape.Worst service in 13 years.
My husband has had tests done at Sonora Quest for several years. We bring the necessary paperwork or make sure the test authorizations have been faxed. They are very good at finding veins for blood tests.This lab is a very busy place, so you need to be patient and wait your turn. I have witnessed multiple occasions where people have treated the staff terribly. They were angry because they didnt have paperwork or the authorizations were not faxed. They were angry because they had to wait. I have witnessed people yelling at them and one lady threatened a law suit (she didnt have an authorization). The staff is working as hard and as best they can. They remain professional regardless of how they are treated.
Went to have blood drawn today and even thou I am known to be a hard stick by the technicians there, they should not make you feel like your not welcome. Talking about you quietly like your not sitting there. This was very disturbing. They should be more professional, its not like they arent being paid.
I have always been treated kindly and in a timely manner and I never make an appointment because I cannot promise what my health will be day by day. I have horrible veins, they collapse they roll and they blow. NOT ever has anyone of the girls poked me more than twice than they would have another girl take over. I read where someone said they discuss personal information and belittle other employees, that is bunk! I would like to say to those perhaps you could be a little more patient while they input your information as they have to be careful that there is no error. And remember one reaps what they sew. I say Good Job Ladies!
Very detail-oriented and caring techs. Need to get there early in the a.m. when they open at 7:30 a.m.,, not to have a terribly long wait. Always busy, but they do a great job of keeping things moving!!
I would give 0 stars if I was able to. Drove 45 mins to be told they stopped doing tests 30 mins prior to closing. I was there at 340, they close at 4. Unacceptable, this needs to be put on your website.
HORRIBLE customer service & the front desk lady has a very bad attitude shes not very friendly & needs better management. Know wonder people dont like coming here & I dont blame them.

Have been here twice when i could not get early appointments in maricopa. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the phlebotomist Delores took me on time and was efficient and the test was relatively painless. have no complaints and kudos to them for dealing with a few unpleasant people with grace and class. 4/20/2018
Horrible. I went in for bloodwork on a Monday, stood there waiting for my name to be called an hour and 10 minutes only to be told my appointment needed to be 20 minutes prior for morning glucose. It is weeks later and still... there is absolutely zero morning appointments available for the month of October. They fail to properly service the community. Unacceptable
Went in for blood work the staff at front desk were awesome and friendly with all the negative reviews was a little hesitant about going there. My experience was definitely great!

This location is the MOST unorganized SQ Ive ever been to and the employees are quite rude. I make an appointment so I dont have to wait for a long time but I still end up waiting for an hour!
Already past appointment time & staff confused. Vaguely heard somebody mentioned her name 10 minutes ago . Luckily went up to the desk to ask about it . Name shows ready on board but they have trouble finding it. Its bad enough they dont open til 8 bit they also act like youre on their time
I left a VM to call me about setting up an appt for blood work. Unfortunately no one ever returned call. Not a good representation for a business. Ill go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Owner should be concerned with casa grande facility personnel not responding to voice mail messages. such unprofessionalism. Good way to lose business.
Very unprofessional, I have come here anytime I have needed labs drawn, apparently the new personnel here dont know when personal and business should be separate. Talking about your personal life and complaining about other coworkers while you have a room full of patients is not professional. Then to have one Tech at peak times, I waited over 1 1/2 hours. Never mind the receptionist working at her own pace while on her cell phone . Wont come back here.
This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST COMPANY that I have EVER Had to deal with. This is the 3rd (THIRD) time I have had to come to this specific Butcher Shop(Casa Grande Location) for testing. Is also the 3rd time that they were CLOSED in the middle of the work day. Against thier own hour posting of 0730-1600. And with the Lazy Reception Desk workers LITERALLY glancing up at me, turning away and giggling, as I watch them try to ignore me from the door. They cant even get off thier A$$E$ to come to the door so I can explain the situation, or tell me about another location or option.. REALLY?!!? I CANT STAND this place, nor its worthless employees. If I dont complete this drug screen today, it will cost me a TON of money in earnings, all due to thier decision to NOT do thier jobs... There is a sign stating they are closed for a meeting at 1400 today, but thier phone message/answering service says 1600 every day except this past Monday. BAD BUSINESS people. AVOID This place if at all possible!!!RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT RESPONSE:I appreciate that you took my review seriously, and responded so quickly! It would really be as easy as a Door Posting and leaving Voice Mail hours stating, AHEAD OF TIME (not the day of), the dates of your 2 hour early closing dates. I am SURE that this would resolve and prevent incidents/scenarios like yesterdays by a large number. I apologize that I may have been a little harsh, but I know for a fact that I am not the only patient aggravated/inconvenienced by these Meetings/Inventory sessions. I am in the medical field and I have, MANY times, worked on inventory between seeing patients. I have never worked at a medical facility of any kind that completly Shuts Down for inventory. And even if they did, I am 100% Positive that they would let the public know ahead of time.. Its as simple as that! I hope in the future you take this, and any other suggestions made to improve your service and Patient Care, unde serious consideration. I personally, am ALL ABOUT Patient Care First!! I feel that all people who choose a medical profession, should be willing and ready to do the same!!One more thing that concerned me was the fact that NO ONE would come to the door. What if it were a patient having Chest Pain or some other serious Medical Emergency? ANY medical facility should be prepared for the situation and should, at the very least, check to make sure that patient standing and knocking on the door doesnt need of immediate medical assistance! I know that it may be an inconvenience and may even lead to an argument with said person about being closed or because they arrived too late, but that person should at least be spoken to, visually evaluated for distress, and Then Refused/Told to Return during normal hours, if not an emergency medical situation... Make Sense?Now, for the immediate response to my concern I can raise your location by 1 star. I am now going in for service.. Lets see if you can earn at least 1 more of the 5 available to you?..
I have been through hell with bloodwork and tests, since Ive been ill. These girls know what theyre doing. Big shout out to Irene,and the other techs in Casa Grande, for never hurting me. I wont go to any other lab for bloodwork
Had to go in for a three hour GTT test and had a very good experience. The ladies were all extremely nice!
Always get my medications when needed and I never have a problem.

They dont pay attention to detail. They want to call you a name even after I corrected them. Then when it came to the blood draw they could not find the vein and went fishing not on one arm but on both.
