Ive been a customer of Mr. Gressleys and State Farm since 2006, he is not only knowledgeable but also very honest when it comes to recommending the best policy option for a given persons situation. My homeowner, vehicle, motorcycle, and life insurance policies are all with him and I could not be more happy with the service I receive. I now live in Tucson and still keep my policies with Ron (Casa Grande), because I know he has my best interest at heart.

Upon moving to Arizona, I attempted to change my policy to an Arizona policy. It has been nothing but a headache through this company. From miswriting my policy on multiple occasions, to random charges that could not be explained. The assistant has no idea what shes doing and blatantly lies when trying to figure information out. Ron was zero help, and seemed to know even less. I had my charges that were 2 times my premium rate and was told they were for 3 different reasons, on 3 separate occasions while trying to come to a conclusion on what they were for. When speaking with Ron I was told that State farm payment plan occasionally makes mistakes, unfortunately there was nothing he could do to help me. So state farm can freely charge me whatever they want, and not give me a reason for the charges. The assistant was extremely rude, and told me that I should find another insurance company, since Ill clearly never understand State farms policies after a heated argument over what the charges were actually for.As of today I still have no idea what the charges were for, however, Im transferring agents in the hope that someone that knows what theyre doing can assist me. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone. And I will be submitting a complaint about the treatment by the assistant to the agency field executive.

This is my experience with Ron . My 23-year-old daughter moved to Casa Gramde from Wyoming to begin her first teaching job. I called him to ask if there is anything I can do to help with the process of transferring her Insurance from state to state after she had attempted to get it done herself. He promptly interrupted me and proceeded to tell me that she was a millennial mindset, that I was a helicopter parent, and that it was pathetic that she would need help with this because she is a teacher. He noted that he was in the education system and coached and was sick of the millennial mindset. When I attempted to speak he said I needed to find somewhere else to get insurance because he will not do business with our kind. Then he hung up on me.

You will never meet are more honest and caring individual Ron continues to go above and beyond the roll of agent. Anytime I have a question Ron has an answer and I can trust that it will be the 100% whole truth
