We were extremely impressed with the two associates that assisted us at Leslies Pool Store. After having several bad encounters at other local stores, we now believe we have a new place to shop! We are grateful for their knowledge, time they spent and guidance through a chemical reading. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgable and gave precise details on several products in the store. He was kind, upbeat and really seemed to know about the products. The woman that helped us with checking our chemicals and getting our chemical list together was also impressive with her customer service! Thank you for a great experience Leslie Pools!

Can’t seem to get expert advise from them lately- untrained personnel. Arrived today during business hours only to find a sign on door that says “Be relight back” 3/7/21 at 2:00 pm.

I’m not sure what is going on with this store, but this is the 4th time in a row I have been here and they have shown up 30-120mins after they were scheduled to open. I live 30mins away so it’s a little inconvenient to make multiple trips. They were supposed to open at 9am today. No one has yet to show up at 10:45. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers and time.

Avoid this place.

Visited the store on 6/8/2020 for the first time. Staff were rude and very unprofessional. Tried to sell products that we expressed no interest. I recommend you find another pool supply dealer.

We have used this location for a few years now and have had ok service but today was excellent. The new manager Brittany really knows her stuff and is great at explaining everything you need!! She was really sweet and very informative, really hope she stays at this location!! Thanks for all your help!

I dont normally review places, but I saw some older reviews of this place bashing someone for being rude. I have no idea if this rude person still works there, but while Ive only been there twice and have gotten fantastic service both times. Once was a tallish black guy in his late 20s or early 30s and today it was a younger girl with red hair and blue eyes. (Sorry for just the physical descriptions but Im horrible with names.) Anyway, both times were really great and the girl today was especially helpful - she really knew her stuff and even called her manager to make sure she had informed me correctly. A+++ and Ill never go anywhere else unless I have to.Update 5/4/2021 - perhaps because I go over lunch typically I have never tried to go and found them closed. I went on Saturday and again today. Was helped both times by Isaiah. This guy is simply the best I have ever seen. He knows his stuff inside and out, hes super courteous, and super helpful. While I was in line another random customer walked in and without prompting said, They really know their stuff here dont they?! This guy is great. I dealt with him last week. Puzzled by the negative reviews so I guess I keep getting lucky? I dunno... but whatever you do, keep Isaiah happy and give him a raise/promotion! Hes fantastic!

Visited this store yesterday with reservation after reading reviews. However, I found the manager, Lucinda a 10 year employee with this company to be the most helpful person I have worked with in regards to pool and spa care. I have had pools in the past but am new to the spa world. She walked me through all the care needed. She is knowledgeable about how to problem solve issues that might come up and how to avoid them.. And she is very friendly.I would recommend this store if your looking for personalised service.

If I could give zero stars and do a review i would. Staff was rude and when asking if they had something they couldnt even answer to it. Avoid this store they have no clue and offended us to the point that we walked out.

I would never be able to manage my pool with out the excellent service from the cary crossroads location. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Ive tried other places that tested my water and always come back to Leslies Pool supply in Cary. I just wish it was closer to my house. This is Angela Glover. I had to use my husbands post. So I give them 5 stars! Thank you for 8 years of great service.

Faith Parker said it right 3 years ago. I guess the same woman works there. So rude. The products are great and there is a younger girl there who is very friendly. I do not know how she works with someone like that. And for those reasons alone they get an extra star from me. Guess Ill go to another place. Would not recommend going here, or just go on the day she is not working. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the manager

Been to this store about a dozen times. ive delt with both Patty and Ashley. they both are awesome, they will talk and give advice for hours! they are so helpful. They dumb down chemistry pool talk so that I can understand what happening with my pool, and how to correct it. they are the best

We have a salt water pool. We’ve been going to Rising Sun for years but have been dissatisfied with their overall service so we tried Leslie’s to get our water tested. Their system said we needed to buy approx $150 worth of chemicals. Every time we’ve gone to Rising Sun we needed to buy about $30 worth so this didn’t seem right. Took another sample to Rising Sun the next day and sure enough, just needed $30 worth of chemicals. Not sure what Leslie’s thinks they’re trying to pull but that one experience with them was such BS I’ll be going back to Rising Sun. Lesser of two evils.

The selection and prices for Leslies are pretty standard for the area. However, the lady (assuming the manager) at this store is very rude to the customers and even her own staff. She’s very lazy and short answering questions to the customer, doesnt want to move about the store to assist with the products, and Ive witnessed her throw an instruction sheet at a customer when he asked her a question about a product. I know this location is closer to my home, but I’ll just go somewhere else until they do something about this woman.

Great place for pool supplies....young lady was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need or want.

Excellent customer service and great selection. I needed a small part for my pool cleaner. They didnt have the part in stock, so the employee took a display unit apart, sold me the part I needed and said he would order the replacement part for the display so that I wouldnt have to wait for the part to come in.

Super helpful and kind staff. As a first the owner of a pool, they have been super patient with me. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable folks here but always closed...I’ve made 3 trips just to come here and they were closed. SO FRUSTRATING

Been working with the Cary store to have a new pool cover measured. 2 appointments have been made, 1st waited 7 hours for the service personnel to come and no call stating they wouldnt make it. 2nd service call, service personnel left a message stating he was sent to another job and weather permitted(Hurrican FLorence) he would make it on Thursday. Yes their estimate is $1,000 cheaper than Rising Sun, however; it maybe worth spending the $1,000 to get decent service.

Great pool supply store. The Cary, NC location had a filter & saved me on the weekend.

We have our water tested here and buy most of our chemicals here. Its a bit over priced.
