The entire team has been great. First team that came out to pump my septic was professional and quick. My interactions with Ariel the office manager were great, she was fantastic of keeping me informed of a timeline for additional work I wanted done. Once Justin and Rossy came out they were quick to look at what I needed done and were very efficient in getting the job done. Both of those guys were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend using this company

Justin came out today and he was on time. He answered all of our questions and the office manager, Rosie, was very helpful as well. The service they did for us was a routine inspection of our septic system. They made sure that we did not need to be pumped and even put the level that our solids were at so we would know how long we have until we may need to be pumped. They inspected all parts and made sure that everything was in working order. Very professional and their price is very reasonable.

We have been using Rons Tidy Tank services for years. However just pumping out services - until recently. Had a clog awhile ago - next morning Justin and Rosie arrived made quick work of it. Suggested that it is a 35 year old system we may want to replace the exit pipe. Well think about. Within two weeks it clogged again. Justin and Rosie took care of it again. Agreed to install new exit pipe. The A Team Justin and Rosie arrived and did a GREAT JOB! The pipe was cracked and broken at the foundation. We would highly recommend this company to everyone. Ive used Rons Tidy Tank service for many years. Now, they have new owners. I notice a marked increase of efficiency and professionalism both in their answering service and their service technicians. I received a lot of consumer education. They charged me only the minimum fee, $95.

Ron’s Tidy Tank repaired my dads sewer line at his house in Hawthorn Woods. They did quality work, showed up on schedule, finished on time, and cleaned up the work area very well for us. Very professional job, with a great on site crew. Although we did have a call back for a minor repair after they had finished, they responded professionally and quickly to ensure everything was corrected. We could not have asked for more. We will use them again and definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their services!

They were able to come out in two business days and they were able to fix all my issues in one trip. Justin and Rosie were very professional hard-working courteous and knew their stuff.

Have been using Rons for the past 5 years since we moved here to Crystal Lake. Have to admit, the first few times I had them come out for non maintenance issues I started to regret my decision and here’s why. The office staff was cold, and downright mean. I had to have them out multiple times to fix the same issue. The lady that scheduled and handled billing talked down to me, charged me for parts multiple times to fix the same issue. When we had a problem again for the same thing a few weeks ago I was dreading calling the office and having the same mean lady answer the phone and tell me I would be charged, yet again for them to come fix the same issue. To my surprise, the woman that answered the phone was extremely polite and very accommodating to send a crew out quickly to address the issue. It turns out they are under new ownership as of March of 2021 and what a night and day difference. The crew came out the same day, was extremely thorough, and took time to actually explain to me why it was happening and what we need to do to address the issue and get it fixed. The techs even got a call from the owner while they were on site to discuss the issue and make sure I was taken care of. I was about to drop them and look for another company for the repair. After the experience under new ownership, I will continue to use Rons and recommend them without hesitation. To the new ownership- keep up the good work. You have earned back our business.

Couldn’t find my tank even though I pointed right where it should be. Ended up digging it out myself and it was 2 feet away from where I pointed. Still charged me $180 just to poke around in my yard.

Could not have picked a better company to have out!we had several issues and concerns. Justin and Rosy were friendly and very knowledgeable and could not have been more patient and understanding while explaining things to us. When you have a septic issue with guests in the house, you dont want to wait for service. We called, and in less than an hour Justin was there and the problem was solved. Thy are knowledgeable, responsive and honest with fair pricing. What more could you want? We use them for all of our inspection and service needs.

Excellent Service on 2-4-2019, after big meltoff from extreme weather. An emergency call was requested to clear blockage and drain septic system. As a long-term client, Rons customer service immediately referred to our history of visits with previous notes. Both the plumbing team and septic team fully examined the system and made sure all was functioning correctly before leaving. They also took the time to show us the cause of the blockage; a discarded cleaning cloth, all of which left us knowing our system was in good shape and good hands.

Rons Tidy Tank was great! A drainage issue was found on my septic system from an inspection performed during the process of selling my house. The RTT team was extremely helpful in scheduling an appointment in a short timeframe, and more importantly fixed the issue so I could sell my house! I would definitely use them for your septic system needs!

Highly Recommend! The driver (dont recall his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even solved the plumbing issue that I had (clogged line to septic tank) with the tools that he brought! I genuinely felt that he went the extra mile, beyond what was expected of him, in this case. They were able to accommodate on very short notice and send someone out on Saturday morning. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely seek them out again for the next septic pumping! Thanks!

I had a great experience with this team. They were polite, helpful and worked very hard to complete the job. They were upfront about the costs, they explained everything thoroughly, and I felt we were charged fairly. I highly recommend!

Avoid if you want good service, as they are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Their service team couldn’t clear a main line, dug an unnecessary hole in my yard, and ultimately charged over $200 for getting nothing completed. Jim, the supposed owner, even hung up on me during a follow up call. I wasn’t cursing or being irate, simply trying to find a solution or get a refund. To contrast that, T & T Weidners’ also had trouble clearing and tried from inside and out (without the digging). The difference: they didn’t charge me, and walked me through the proper solution, albeit more expensive.

Be aware.Do not recomend unless you want to pay triple the price. Their estimate was three times higher than other companies for the exact same thing. Most certainly get another estimate.

DO NOT USE. Initial truck came out and FOUND the tank, but not enough effort to find the cap. Truck left. I was charged $95. Few days later, Manager came out - found the SAME tank and this time found the cap - I was charged another $95. Couple more days later, then the truck comes out and they cleared out the 2000 gallons for $405. Total bill = $595. NO refund when I complained they FOUND the tank but didnt look hard enough for the cap. Wow. I recommend somebody else.

Arrived at my home in less than 30minutes and fixed my problem in 20 minutes after that. Polite, prompt, competent and reasonably priced.

These guys are the best!!! Had an emergency pipe break when my husband was out of town!! They came right away and found a huge whole in the ground next to where the pipe broke and was next to our window well!!! They repaired it and saved us from a huge mess!!! Have used them for 10 years!!!! Always friendly and honest!!!

Called and asked to speak to Craig who was recommended to us by a trustworthy friend. The woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and condescending. It took me 60 seconds to understand this is not the company I want working on our home.
