This is an amazing small business company where the owner (and his son) live in Cary and do the actual work so you are not at the whims of poorly paid employees who may not care as much about repeat business or word of mouth referrals.I received a quote within hours of requesting it and as soon as I requested an appointment they were out here the next day doing the work.The charges were exactly what the estimate was even though they had to move 2 heavy pieces of furniture into the house from my screened in porch for me (as I’m on chemo and wasn’t physically able to do it myself) and they also cleaned the table and chairs in the porch for me which were also not part of the original estimate.They use a lower pressure water and cleaning solution that made everything look amazing. My house is surrounded by very tall pine trees and the screened in porch was just covered in pollen before the cleaning and looked amazing afterwards. Everything looked amazing and when I had visitors later in the day they asked if I was getting ready to put my house up for sale as it looked so great.

Our house was long overdue for a pressure wash, and Mark took extra care to return it to its glory days! Not only is Mark extremely friendly and kind, but he also obviously takes great pride in doing his job well. We couldn’t be more pleased and will use his services again next year.

Mr. Reinhardt took the time to do the job right. He was right on time, incredibly pleasant, and left my house looking pristine. I would never use anyone else.

I would like to leave a better rating because the guy who came and did the job was very nice and did a decent job. Unfortunately the problem is that he poured chemicals out in the grass on our yard, it has been about 3 months and the grass still has not grown back.

Very disappointed in what he said he would do and what he did. Not a man of his word. I will never use him again. Also left blue streaks on my white vinyl siding! Argh!!!😡😡😡. Business owners response is incorrect! He was suppose to wash the inside of my deck floor with bleach and when he said it would get on the Windows and ruin them. I said we could raise the Windows so it wouldnt and he didnt want to do the EXTRA WORK. I stand by my first response to this review, he is not a man of his word!
