Brian provided two very custom training programs for our employees. He did an excellent job in addressing our specific needs. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job with a typically dry subject. He makes the regulation easy to understand and even incorporates some humor. I would use ERC again when we need training as I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their service.
