Wake Funeral did an amazing job for my father that passed away. They were so pleasant to work with, always responded and they are truly great people. We had an offsite service with a viewing for my Dad and than they transported him to be cremated. They made it so easy for such a stressful time! I highly recommend them!

I would give this place 10stars if it was available. From the time my family and I walked into this establishment we were treated wonderfully. I could not have asked for a better experience at a time of so much grieve of losing my husband. I have never planned a funeral but Britt and Brad was so patient and awesome. I want to give thanks to the wake funeral home staff from the bottom of my heart you guys were awesome. My husband looked great!

My mom passed away recently. It was a very difficult time. The people at Wake Funeral and Cremation Services treated all of us like family. Everyone was kind, considerate, warm and caring. Phone calls and text messages were returned quickly, and we had a lot of them. They paid close attention to detail even when we couldnt. They helped us plan a wonder service for my mom and made recommendations that allowed us to have a beautiful service while staying within our budget. The cemetery was also very pretty and in a beautiful location. I honestly cant thank them enough.

From the first phone call through the follow up after the memorial service, Brad and Sally did exactly what they said they would do and when it would happen. I had a project for a supply chain management class at my university to study and map the entire process of a loved one passing away. I called and explained the situation to one of the managers and he was nice enough to schedule a phone interview with me the very next day. Brad spoke with me for over an hour and 15 minutes explaining and answering all of my questions regarding the entire process of death and cremation in north carolina and gave me 4 full double spaced pages of notes to work with for completing my project.From everything he told me this company seems extremely genuine and honest while having some of the best prices in the area due to the various ways they have been able to cut out overhead that the other guys havent achieved. He asked for nothing in return and except that I get back with him about the grade I receive for my project. Highly recommend Wake Funeral and Cremation Services!!!
