Wow. If you are getting more than 1 price in your quest for a printer - DONT Call US! I spoke with the Sales Manager and was asking about leasing or buying a printer for our business. Currently we have a medium size printer and print 10000 color copies and 2000 B&W per month. This is a pretty hefty print load and pretty expensive on the monthly. After a few questions, The Sales Manager got the hint that we were looking for pricing initially. He asked me if I was getting Multiple Quotes. I said Yes I was. He said Well, We arent interested and Good Luck with That.Huh? I am not easily Shocked but was Speechless at this lack of Salesmanship. Shocked that Anyone would Say, Hey, Come on out and put a printer in for me and not get multiple pricing quotes. Shocked at thought that getting pricing from more than 1 vendor would disqualify me from getting a price from USA Copiers.Shocked.I did get a few other prices and while I was calling around I got to a few numbers that led to the same Sales Manager with different company names and numbers.Im guessing they want to get people to think they are getting multiple quotes but they are really coming from the same company.I own a business and RARELY post a negative review as things happen and if the company owns the mistake and tries to make it right, Thats all you can ask for from a reputable company.Run, Dont Walk from this Company.

While we have had some issues with service, USAcopiers has always made an effort to fix the problems. They have upgraded their supply chain and made sure that we always have toner and equipment pieces when we need them without asking. (Sometimes before we even know we need them) Their service technicians have helped us understand what needs to be done to solve the problem quickly without a service call, shrinking the down time.
