I worked for this company for less than 2 years. Their reputation speaks for itself. We had issues with the hiring staff lying and trying to blame the entire year’s new hire employees for complaining about the falsehoods to their agencies. The turnover was unbelievable. There were issues with the property as far as infestations of snakes, inability to find parking, broken equipment, actual feces smeared all over the bathrooms, phone lines failing, etc. There wasn’t room for the new hires (they over hired knowing that most would quit) so trying to park or eat lunch was miserable. After the training period we were moved into a small windowless room to work on folding tables supposedly temporarily due to construction but we stayed there. The people hired to be management honestly were just the people that stayed. There was no continuing training. Because of the utter lack of assistance, management, hiring standards, or general care about the environment or workers the culture was extremely vile.

This is the worst place to work in the history of places I have heard of and worked for; I will admit I am a nineteen year old High school Grad. and therefore I havent worked for very long however this place put a bad taste in my mouth as far as the working field. They the supervisors belittle you and your confidence constantly harassing you or badgering you to give correct everchanging information while pressuring you constantly looking over your shoulder no matter your scores !I get that you want correct in formation given out but its very tacky to constantly threaten and harass a worker into doing it right! I felt as though I was getting bullied honestly I worked for six months and was above quality for the majority of my time there and I still was treated like I was incompetent! I personally wouldnt recommend working here ! If you struggle you are to talk to your supervisor who would sometimes refer you to a document that she has VERY LITTLE understanding of and or will dismiss your question referring you to a very unfriendly team lead! I HATED working here and was so glad to leave!

This was the most horrible experience ever. At the age of 41, I guess Im use to professionalism, not an entry-level position, with unlearned young adults running around. After 3 weeks of training, I couldnt take in any more. The trainer was 22 years old, didnt speak correct English, was very unprofessional, used curse while training, sang rap songs while training.....just not ready at all. The people in the class were just as bad, exhibiting the same behaviors. Even though he told us not to, he STAYED on his phone...and so did the class. The people this company hires are no better. Girls walking around in stilettos, looking like theyre ready to slide down a pole, backs showing, stomachs showing, tight clothes, etc. I should have none how ghetto, and unprofessional it would be when I noticed these things the first day I went. This place is full of flaming men, tacky people skills, and wanna be pole swingers. HORRIBLE

This place is pure ghetto. Extremely negative environment, always being threatened to be written up and/or termed. The workplace is disgusting, sure to catch a disease using the equipment or just sitting in the chair. It is hard to believe that Xerox (who bought ACS), allows this to continue. The trainers are kids and have no business being in the position they are. Turnover is probably somewhere around 90%, one of my trainers who was there about one year said that only one other person from her class is still there. My class started with 30 people and was down to 22 when I resigned about two months later.

All I have to say is work here at your own risk! The other reviews are extremely true!

These people are not lying, it is PURE truth. One of the females, who, might I add is extremely gorgeous(and gay), was told she could not wear her tight stretch pants anymore because it was not professional AND she wore them with a thong(if that) that MORE than accentuated her curves. Actually, it looked like two water balloons slapping together every time she walked. Ill admit it, the women are FYNE at this place, but the maturity level is on another planet altogether. The female in question told the trainer that that is all her wardrobe consists of. REALLY? I wanna peek into her closet! As I said earlier, they ARE gorgeous, but a 1/4 of my class are gorgeous lesbians, frustrating for a single man. As for MY tenure at this place... lets hope I dont have to stay there long.
