The manager is very rude.He does not know how to communicate with customers, so try not to even talk to him otherwise he will deny serving you next time you come for oil change.Today, I went there for oil change he said that I did not treat him good last time ( cause I told him not to forget to change the filter) . I will never come back to this business. The managers ego will fail this business if he keep treating customers the way I was treated today .Ps: the owner should have known better. Cause I explained to her what happen. Sorry that managers ego will hurt that that business . As we all know the manager solves business problems, but your manager creates problems with customers. Too sad

Jamal didnt put oil when he did the oil change. It was drained and the car was given to me without oil. The oil light came on the next day and the engine started making noise. I went to a proper mechanic who replaced the oil and filter and identified no leaks. Simply, it was a failure to put oil. Avoid!

Lets just put it this way...I am a petite young female and they passed my inspection without pulling the everything that could be wrong is wrong b.s. which is what happened to me last year on my old car (which had no issues) when I went to AAA. So yes, 10/10 would recommend going here based on honesty alone. On top of that they were very quick and friendly...I was in and out in no time.

We used to take our car to other places to get the oil changed because it was cheaper...you know, the ones that only charge like $25, but I would rather pay $10 more and get better service and no hassle about what you need to fix on your vehicle. They are very reasonably priced and they dont try to cheat you. Just ask for Said.

I bring my autos here every year for inspections and an oil change. They get me in and out quickly! They have always been very nice and respectful to me . My car failed inspection the first time this year. The mechanic told me what I needed for it to pass. Fixed it myself and it passed.

Great group of guys there! Ive used them before and will not hesitate to have them inspect or service my vehicles in the future. Mr. Bouali, the mechanic who inspected my vehicle, is a very nice and genuine fellow! He took the time to point out an issue and give his advice on its source despite the fact that it was not going to cause an inspection failure. Nice and honest dude, hard to find a mechanic like that these days.

I went to Express Inspection for what I was thinking would be a quick inspection. I told the owner upon arriving that I had tinted windows that were 33%. After testing my car, he came in the waiting room and said, Come look at your car. He told me my tint was too dark, so my car would fail inspection. This was mind-boggling to me because last year, I passed without a problem. He proceeded to tell me I had to peel off my tint and was not friendly what-so-ever. Really confused, I went to the closest inspection station to this one for a second opinion. I asked the new place to test my tint to see if it would fail, and they said it was within the limit (test showed it was 34%). Furious, I went back to Express Inspection with a tint tester the second place had let me borrow just to prove my point to Express Inspection. The old, bald guy there just kept denying that my tint was in the legal limit. He told me they make $20 off of each inspection, regardless of if the vehicle passes or fails. He also told me their business was declining as far as inspections go. (Duh!) Then, he kept saying these random statements like police have to get their cars inspected, too and police dont want your car tinted because you might have guns. I am a girl in my mid-20s driving a Mazda. I dont have guns. Good service and respect are totally lacking here. What a waste of money. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EXPRESS INSPECTION.

I always bring my car to this place when I just need a quick oil change and an inspection. Its conveniently located right next to Cary Towne Center and its nice to be able to leave your car there and go walk around the mall for an hour or so. They do a great job and you are in and out.I havent ever brought my car in to get major work done or to have them do any big services (mileage interval service). I still would want to take my vehicle to the dealer for that.

I love these guys! Everytime I come in they take awesome care of me. I have been to them on numerous occassions for car inspection, oil changes and a tire replacement. I am always sceptical about going anywhere auto related because some people take advantage of women who know little about cars, but these guys are honest and explain things to me. They are the only guys I trust with my car. They get me in and out quickly. They are always courteous and professional. I dont get the bad reviews. I know everyone has their own point of view but I definitely recommend them!

My mother was tricked here every year until I realized they were overcharging her for her inspections. They charged her $30 every time for an On-Board Diagnostic Emissions Inspection when her car isnt even new enough to have On-Board Diagonstics in the first place. They most likely preyed on her because English isnt that great. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!
