I am one who makes noise if things don’t go well, so it’s only fair I give credit where it’s due.My experience with Johnson Subaru service today was tops. I dealt with Drew; he was just the kind of guy you want to deal with when car things aren’t going well. I called ahead late yesterday regarding an on-going problem with the Eye Sight (think safety features & computers), check engine light & such. He came out to my car immediately when I drove in - talked to me (not DOWN to me, despite the fact that I am not only a woman but a “little old woman”). He explained possible things that might be going on and gave me the option of waiting or taking a loaner car. We agreed I’d stay for an hour - that if things were complex and would be lengthy, I’d then take the loaner.Within the hour the problem was solved, Drew returned and fully explained what might have gone wrong and why.He was a genuine guy, no phoney-baloney, just taking care of business. What a pleasant surprise to start my day....
