Ali (my technician) was extremely professional and was very informative and made sure he explained everything he was working on and what my options were. He seemed very knowledgeable and well versed on everything. I also appreciated how he followed all safety precautions with Covid. I also had a great experience with scheduling my appointment- I made it online which was very convenient and needed to reschedule and whoever answered my call was very kind and made sure I was able to reschedule to a time that was better suited. He was really pleasant and very helpful. I think my experience with RIF Appliance was definitely one of the best I’ve had with hiring a trade technician and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a couple of interactions with Ali, he was always professional and responsive. He fixed my dryer, diagnosed and replaced my dishwasher. Prices were reasonable, I recommend him and would use him again.
Ali, the tech called me and Requested to move appointment to a date and time more convenient for them and then were late. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful to me in my own home. Had home owners on phone with me, they heard the bad behavior as well. After poor performance, being late, rude, and disrespectful they then attempted to shame and blame me for them not doing their job by stating my appointment wasnt for another day and they were off the clock at 6:30PM. THEY CALLED ME to reschedule, TWICE (I saved the voicemails), and then didnt arrive until AFTER 6:30PM. They insisted I had to completely rearrange my entire kitchen only to NOT do the work. I will make sure to report to CINCH Home Services as well any other venue on this company, repairman, and company manager/supervisor. Very Very Very Displeased.And as further evidenced, the dishonest post response below.
At first I thought this provider was responsible and respectable. I was booked through cinchhomeservices.com I was having an issue with my Frigidaire refrigerator, indicated by a code on the front and a strange noise, and the technician came to inspect. He could not find any direct issues that day, but gave me some things to observe and said to stay in touch with him and he would come back to fix the problem once he had more information. I paid him $80 for that visit. I followed up via text a few times and he responded with advice, but then when it got to a point where I really needed him to come back and fix the machine, he stopped responding to my texts. I called twice and left voicemails - still no response. Finally, I had someone else call from another number, and he picked up. He claimed that he could not come fix my machine due to health concerns. We asked for a refund and he said that I would need to contact Cinch to get my money back. I called Cinch and they said no, the payment went directly to him. When faced with a bad review, he then offered to come fix the machine today. Guess those health concerns werent so concerning anymore. I told him no and that I would hire another, more reliable and respectable company to fix my problem. I am not typically one to write bad reviews, but this level of disregard and lying is unacceptable.
We discovered that our dryer wasn’t working late last night. We just moved to North Carolina and had no clue who to call, so I went down the list on Google. I left several voicemails and was only able to get in touch with one other business who didn’t have availability until next week. I’m 9 months pregnant and on bedrest and needed to get it repaired quickly. RIF answered the phone immediately and had someone at my house in about an hour. The repair technician was professional and fast and had it repaired quickly. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
RIF Appliances was NOT available after several phone calls and with full voicemail box, unable to leave message. When I did talk to the service technician, he hung up the phone and HE did not call ME back after several text messages to his phone. He failed to repair a simple newer model Maytag washer machine and it appears he was not knowledgeable. I paid for Sears Home Warranty service contract which is $53.61 per month and deductible of $75 to repair the washing machine and no repair occurred. AWFUL SERVICE
The technician was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He repaired my refrigerator economically, saving me $400! Highly recommended.
