Carthage location: Dropped jeans off for a press only on a Monday was told they would be ready no later than Wednesday. Never received a call for pick up, tried calling on Thursday and received a busy signal everytime. So I called Joplin and was told they are only open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and there was no way to know if they were finished. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Preferably a place that doesnt in house.

I was needing a place close to work to take my dry cleaning and decided to try them out. Have had no issues and have been using them for over a year. Hours are posted in the window. Theyre always very friendly and let me know when to pick my clothes up. I recommend Ryans to my friends and family.

Dont use these guys. I had them clean two suits. After wearing one of the suits, I noticed a crease on the back of the collar that was clearly a problem with how the suit was pressed after it was cleaned. Because I had worn it, they said I would have to pay to have it fixed. So they make a mistake, and expect me to pay for it. Lousy customer service! Avoid!

This sight does not have days or hours that they are open posted and no message on their phone stating days or hours open. Thats bad service for drop off or pick up.
