Very nice to work with fixed ours right up only problem was the united states post office poor performance

I bought an 03 GMC Sierra and the gauge cluster did not work, only the lights turned on. I sent it in from North Pole Alaska and it took 11 days turn around to get my cluster back, which usps took 2 days to send out my order (usps fault), so in reality it took about 9 days to get to and from Alaska. Dr. Speedometer works fast and has great quality. When I got it back it work perfect and could not be happier! You get what you pay for that’s for sure.

My 2005 Chevy Silverado began suffering the common failure of instrument panel indicators like speedometer, oil pressure, etc. Online search led me to Dr. Speedometer. Great experience, despite it taking 2 weeks for Fred to receive my instrument cluster due to our lack luster postal system. But once Fred received the unit for my 05 Tahoe, the turn around time was excellent!!! Everything works good as new!!!

I contacted Dr. Speedometer about having the instrument cluster rebuilt for my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500.His response was very fast. I watched the removal video that he sent and had my instrument cluster packaged and sent out the same day. It was returned in perfect working order within 5 days. Gauge cluster wasnt working correctly in our 2003 Chevy 1500, sent it out to dr speedometer. We opted for blue led bulbs and a trans temp gauge as well as a rebuild, and we are super pleased with everything, the price we paid was way cheaper than buying a new gauge cluster, the turnaround time was super fast was only 10 days from the tome I shipped it to the time I got it back. Which is outstanding,I give this company 👍👍👍 and 5 stars

Easy to do even if your a stay at home mom. My oldest son and I did this. It was not a problem. It was gone a week. Dr. Speedometer had it for a day, rest was travel time. Im so thankful for an alternative that was reasonably priced. I saved $250.00.All of this processes worked great.

Had my 2005 Silverado cluster repaired 5-6 years ago. I chose to upgrade to blue LED backlight. Zero issues at this time.At that time the upgrade to add a trans temp gauge was not an option, but I highly recommend it.Total turn around time from cluster removal to having repaired cluster reinstalled was less than 72 hours.

Dr. Speedometer repaired my 2004 Silverado in Sept 2011, and its worked fine ever since.

They say they specialize in 1999-2003 gauge clusters yet they won’t help me with my 2002 avalanche gauge cluster? They said they really only want to work on the newer style. Their site literally advertises that they specialize in this I can’t believe the laziness with this company.

After attempting to repair my 2005 Silverado speedo myself, I gave up and sent it to the Doctor. I had my cluster back repaired, upgraded, and working perfectly in less than a week. The price isnt cheap, but professionals get their rate for a reason. I wouldnt hesitate to use Fred again.A+ quality, service, and communication.

Found this site online. I helped a friend of mine whos cluster was only showing mile in the display. Over the years and one by one the gauges stopped working. When the Speedo quit he knew it was time to get it repaired. Service was easy to use, helpful video (my friend used this to reinstall the cluster) and it was a great value! Im sure glad I found Fred and Mike. They fixed my all my gauges and upgraded the style with white faces. Ive been driving this truck around for 2 years with no gauges because I thought it would be a dealer only thing. Everything I needed to know was on the website. I ordered and shipped the repair, the turn around was fast and repair was perfect.

Purchased the full rebuild package over a year ago when my cluster gauge started pegging. When I started having battery drain issues from the control panel a full year later (instrument control panels are notorious for both problems), returned it and they had it fixed and returned within a week. When they say lifetime repairs under the same owner, they mean it. Great customer service, couldnt ask for more.
