Could be a nice place but its very corrupt. If you think the property is listening to you believe me they are. They exploit tenants to help do their corrupt practices. Be careful about some of the tenants there, if you get on their bullying list you will regret meeting them. Such a sad property with so much drama and hate. I am so thankful I was able to leave or better yet, ran off by bullying tenants and corruption. What a shame for a place like that. If a tenant warns you to be quiet and ignore these drama creators believe them. You would be much better off. The humiliation and heartbreak is not worth any friendship there. Stay to yourself and ignore these drama queens. It really is sad though it just shows how ugly people really are.

My friend just moved there. The people are friendly. Great spacious apt. Most everyone has beautiful flowers growing outside on their patios. Very safe and homey feel to it.
