If you decide to go at night from about 11pm-3am there is a guy who does laps around the gym between his sets and he watches everyone workout, then approaches you and tells you all the things he thinks your doing wrong in a very threatening way. Its creepy and I hate it, but that is the only time when I can go to the gym. Beware of the lap doing advice man and his injury inducing advice.

After notifying thefront deak that i wanted to cancel my membership, the began to brag that she could anything she wanted on my debit card for the next 30 days. I then got ahold of the owner and he did exactly the same thing. Do not use use Bodyplex in Catersville.

The manager Keith is a awesome guy!!!! Highly Recommend coming to this gym!!! The staff are so kind and helpful and always looking to help someone. Excellent atmosphere and great people 🤙🏽.

Awful experience! They charged my sister after she cancelled. They even have their reviews on Facebook turned OFF!! Shocker. Be cautious before signing anything and always always read your fine print. I understand they need to make money, but wrong is wrong and bad business is bad business.

A blend of old and new equipment in great shape. More classes during very flexible hours. Everyone is very helpful, including the members. ❤

Its a good environment

One of the better gyms I have worked out in. You dont get the big box gym feeling and you can get serious work or injury rehab done. Over all very clean and a good selection of equipment.

I signed up for a year membership . When it came time to cancel my membership, I looked up how to cancel via the contract that I signed! I sent my email 30 days prior the way my membership contract Told me to. But then I got charged for the following month. So I called them and they told me the only way to cancel my membership was to come it. No where did it say I needed to come in. When I sent my email I received an email that my contract would be canceled when my year was up. So I went in and they made me do a paper cancellation, but she told me I’d still be charged for the next month. I asked to speak to the manager about it but he would not come out to talk to me or even address me professionally. I had to go back and talk to him and he didn’t try to help me he just told me I couldn’t cancel online per “state of Georgia.” But that is a lie because I was able to go on my account that I didn’t find out about until I tried to cancel via the email I received. And guess what I was able to cancel online! He wouldn’t help me or even try to understand the situation; he was very rude to me! He also told me my membership agreement was wrong or outdated that’s why I had to come in to cancel but I never received anything that address that my membership contract was outdated.

I Have been a member of this gym for a year now and I love it. Although the gym could be better maintained and cleaned, it has all the equipment you need. The dry Sauna is my favorite feature; Its not the nicest but it gets the job done. Overall this is the best gym in Cartersville if you are value equipment variety and amenities over cleanliness. If you freak out over a little dust and sweat then you might want to try a Planet Fitness.

If something major happens in your life and you need to cancel, they wont allow it.Edit: The gym down the road will let you cancel at anytime without getting into your personal business. Buyer beware.

The one in woodstock has a better vibe in my opinion. This location does have bunper plates but they are super cheap and I find alot of essential gym equipment missing

Too hot, very warm inside. Not airy, not lit well. Dusty and smelly. Needs a facelift and cleaning. Friendly staff and people.
