The Manager here is very condescending, rude, very off putting .Not very friendly at all..No personality, stoic…Always sitting in the back goofing off with UPS driver…She pushes these Newbies forward to do her work; these “youngins “ has absolutely no idea what they’re doing..The manager at this Cartersville location needs retraining, in return she will be able to train the staff here..

I actually want to give this store the lowest rating possible . I am currently residing in Newark, Delaware and unfortunately had an incident where someone left my belongings there . I spoke with your staff who in the beginning was helpful but later turned nasty, rude disrespectful and actually hung up on me .I had to spend $301.36 to get my stuff sent to me . When she ran my car the first time she put in the wrong zip code because she in her own words “I wasn’t paying attention and got distracted “So I had to wait for it to be reversed to pay for shipment again . I asked to speak to someone over her and she said there wasn’t anyone .sI have never been so disrespected in my life, I’m actually a business owner who is relocating to Washington and will not be using UPS every again I will be contacting corporate for further action . This should have never happened in this disrespectful manner. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable asking for information when I am a customer .I deserve to be treated like a human and loyal customerIf the owner sees this can you please leave a contact information

I am legally blind and need assistance operating the coping machine. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. They are never impatient nor give the impression they would rather be doing anything other than helping an old lady do something that is really easy. I love coming to this store and meeting another sweet young person.

I wish I could give this store 1000000 stars! The excellent customer service and polite staff makes my time here very pleasant. I no longer live in cartersville but I still drive to this location because their professionalism is unmatched. I wish I could of took them with me when I moved to kennesaw! All staff including the owner has been very helpful, courteous and most importantly kind. Thank you for being an example of how a establishment should treat customers and I wish the staff could be duplicated and sent to others UPS stores.

I ordered printing through their website online, and I was planning to pick it up at this location. I went to pick it up as scheduled, and apparently their printers have been down for months. They do not notify you and let you know that this service in unavailable. AND to top it off, to get reimbursed for my expense, they said I had to contact my bank and let them know I did not receive my printing!! How ridiculous and fraudulent!

**Google - please update*****NOT a Fedex DROPOFF***Google shows that the UPS store in Marketplace Center accepts FedEx packages but they DO NOT.The kind employee at this UPS Store says she has alerted Google several times but the correction has not been made.Presently, the closest Fedex dropoff is inside Walgreens, just west of Zaxbys on Marketplace Blvd. (Walgreens is in the former Rite Aid pharmacy. )

A week or so ago a substitute driver walked out into my field to deliver a package of course as soon as I saw him I walked to meet him, he informed me he was not the regular driver and asked if there was a place to leave a package if I was not available and I told him the best place and he said he would inform the regular driver . A friend noticed some notes on a door which is obviously never used and I saw they were from ups the driver left a note instead of the package !!! I called ups and they told me to leave a note so I stuck the other notices together and wrote in heavy black ink overwriting each letter to make it clear and bold, but the driver just leaves another note less than two inches below the note and ups will not let me talk to the supervisor of the driver to inform him to leave packages in the proper place when I am not available !!! How can an issue be resolved without being able to communicate with the person who needs the information ?

This is the worse place ever. I took out insurance for two packages and went to file a claim. I talked to the manager and she said that she would call me back to file the claim because she was the only one that could do this. This went on for two weeks and she never did call back. I called back and when she did answer she said that UPS would not pay the claim, but she would call me back later that day to get the information. That was a week ago. I called back to get the owners name and was told that information could not given out. She ask what my complaint was about and I told her it was about her and she went to yelling at me on the phone and said that she would leave it on the owner desk and that she didnt care if it was about her. The worse customer service ever to the point that I called UPS and filed the claim myself. The owner may be there this weekend or on Tuesday so I will be calling him back as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This UPS location is terrible! They dont stock ANYTHING - charge you to use your own paper, refuse to cut prints (which they have the ability to do!) This mother employs her children at this location and they have no work ethic what so ever! DONT GO HERE.

Employee was nice one day but not the next, put wrong address on package even though I showed it to him on phone, package will be arriving like 4 days late due to this. Not very happy over all. Especially with package running LATE.

I have had good luck with their USAA check deposit service. Its worked great but I have had a few issues with scanning the checks and the software / web page acting up. I hardly think that is the UPS stores fault.Not bad service in my experience!

Went on the Saturday before Thanksgiving at 1 pm and they were CLOSED. The sign said the hours are until 4pm. Someone messed up!
