Melody in their office is rude, unprofessional, no personality at all. My family called about coverage for their business. They stated she was the most unprofessional person they have dealt with. They ask questions about coverage that she could not answer. My family felt nervous about purchasing insurance with someone they did not have a good feeling about. They ask for someone else and Melody stated I can help so my family hung up and called back. They informed the agency of this issue and was told we will handle but never heard back.
