Terribly ran company. Management is lacking experience Nd common sense.

Entrance is easy to miss. Yard guy gave me a door immediately. Quick unload. Nice staff.

Amazing people and takes the time to unload and let me know when I’m done!! Every employee I spoke with was able to be helpful in each matter! Took my load in early too, with no issues!!!

Terrible customer service, the driver need to fired!!!Unwilling to make any contact. show up unannounced, and left. simple pick up take 3-4 times.

This company does not believe in safety. I just witnessed one of their trucks drive in reverse on a one way road and almost run over 3 kids because he was too lazy to drive forward. I would not risk doing business with this company as they clearly do not care about safety.

Theres good people here. I forgot to chalk my wheels, and the guy was nice to come out and do it for me. He was very quite, because I couldnt even tell when he finished unloading me.

Got an email giving me the tracking number. Tracking system stated that the delivery was for 11/25/2020 ETA 5pm, so i took off of work (evening shift manager). The delivery never came. Lost a days pay of work for no reason. Around 9:30pm I called the company i ordered from and we 3-way called Duie Pyle, Who then stated they arent sure what is going on because no one at the shipment facility answered his phone call. Said he would email me with updates, an email i never recieved. I personally contacted Duie Pyle on 11/27/2020 and to my delight they stated they called me and left a voice message, THEY NEVER CALLED ME! I have no missed calls and no voicemail so who ever they called, it was not me! Then come tell me I HAD TO CALL THEM TO MAKE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT!! THE MFKN NERVE!!! Now im another 3/4 days without my delivery which is a transmission to my car. I have to travel hours with my children by MTA,cold and wet weather, and being exposed to Covid-19. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. Very poor professionalism. Horrible delivery service. The excuse is going to be they work with multiple companies and in turn work with multiple computer programs which place the emails with tracking numbers and multiple tracking systems.... which is bs. An excuse used as a scape goat. We didnt say this or we send that type of bs. Smh

Today I was expecting a delivery from a window between 10am-2pm I even took off of work for this delivery and I called them around 1ish to make sure my package which is a carbon fiber hood, was very expensive and they said it would arrive by 1:30-2 it’s been over an hour so I called them again and somehow my package got put on the wrong delivery truck and now I have to wait even longer I have other things I could be doing I lost a day of pay for this delivery today, very unprofessional and unorganized, I’m hoping it will be delivered by the end of the day, very unhappy with this service.

Easy in and out. Once you pull in drivers turn to the right and go around to door one. They give you a door. Pretty quick offload and great burgers joint down the road that delivers.

The staff was pleasant, unlike what you would normally expect at a trucking company. They helped me get my shipment within 20 mins and I was on my way. And this place has over 100 bays!!

Ok place to delivery for semi drivers, they open at 3 am, you just push the button on the fence and theyll open the gate for you, the unloading process took about 2 hrs but they unloading time was 15 minutes

VERY poor service. 1st scheduled delivery was cancelled because they ran out of room on the truck. Rescheduled, but they came on the wrong day. Then scheduled again. Did not arrive by end of delivery window, so I called. No reply. Called the vendor and they told me the driver was on his way. 3 hours later called again and was told the driver was called back because he was working too long. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Moving onto day 3 of not receiving the package during the specified time they gave me. They want me to pay extra for a guaranteed time when they are the ones who want deliver a package during the time frame they allocated.

I generally don not like to give reviews however, in this case I make an exception. We have had approx 8 deliveries from A.D.Pyle in this past year. The are consistently a most UNRELIABLE trucking company.the last shipment went from Carteret- to Deer Park, Long Island- to Yonkers,NY. An excess of approximately 160 needless, time consuming miles.

Their terminal manager Brian thinks the warehouse has the responsibility for notifying him its okay to send drivers in after closing for one day, my shipments are not getting picked up due to decisions this carrier made, causing delays and storage. Ill book my 50 or so shipments per week with other carriers from now on.
