Bought a vehicle listed as engine damage. Showed up the vehicle had NO TRANSMISSION. Yard manager laughed in my face, and told me well looks like you f-ed up you own it.Talk to people inside office. Was informed they cant watch everything, and I had no recourse. Also that they do more for me than I do for them.Great company with stellar employees. So I write this review so people are aware because there is nothing else I can do

Very rude staff and management. If you hate your jobs and life don’t put it upon others. I have had it with this horrible staff. I’m always picking up vehicles here and they act like little upset children.

Horrible freaking place I would rather gamble my money at the casino than to give them my money sold a car stating it was “good” and ended up being a junker that was worth 250$ yesterday they closed early due to weather but yet charged me a late fee and storage fee and when I said I would come in they closed anyways now is that my fault? Absolutely not they can charge any price and yet take our hard earned money I will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!! Just spreading awareness

Zero Stars. They wanted to buy my vehicle. We agreed on price. Tow truck came 5 hours late and then was in a hurry. I tried verifying the bank account but it was considered invalid by Bank of America.

Sold my car for good price. Good service friendly staff and reasonable fees. They do many services and they run a smooth operation better than other branches I been too. Timing is key to deal with them as they get very busy at specific times so be mindful.

I had to drop off my car here for Peddle. They seemed very organized but I agree with the other comments that there was a problem with the drop off by Peddle and no one there really cared. But once the issue was resolved everything was handled very quickly.

Ive been buying vehicles from IAA for over 30 years.This facility being one of my weekly stops.Throughout that time,purchasing vehicles for customers locally and around the world.Staff very professional and courteous. Customer satisfaction always a priority .

Professional, clean environment. This place obviously does a lot of work as the facility itself is huge. You cant go into the lot as there are tons of large machines moving cars around. They will radio to have stuff brought up, which takes a little while but is much safer.

Customer services is good but getting loaded can take hours, I don’t understand why only one loader for the amount of business they have. Plus they changed the date of pick up to wensday which makes even harder to pick up. Management needs to work on this issue.

IAA screwed me over. Read why they may legally screw you over as well..On March 20th 2019, I placed an online bid on a salvage 2008 Lexus IS-F. Obviously I had studied the description of the car carefully. Among much other relevant information, the description stated (twice!) that the cars keys were present (see attached images).When my agent picked up the car on my behalf, IAA couldnt find the keys! But instead of offering a discount in the amount of the cost of new keys, I was basically told that IAA declines any responsibility for losing my keys and that nothing they state about the car on their website necessarily has to be true...This cant be right you may think. This aint legal you say to yourself.The outrageous truth is, it may be legal after all:Basically their terms and conditions i.e. auction rules (see printscreen below) state exactly that: Nothing they write about their cars is guaranteed: This includes but isnt limited to crucial, undisputable informationsuch as the make, model, year or the VIN!To top it off, theyve even included a section on keys: So if they write that a cars keys are present, they were most likely present when the car was brought to their site. However, they in no way guarantee that those keys will still be present, once the car is sold...You cant help but wonder how many keys IAA must be losing on a daily basis in order for them to see the need to specifically deny accountability in their T&C!Yes I should have read those T&C before, but honestly, would you expect anything like that from an honest American company?As Im still quite furious, Ill elaborate on this a little more on twitter and youtube in a couple of weeks.

This place is a dump! The workers are horrible with the exception of few, I love Willie and few ladies but other than that, don’t even try going to that dump!

They stole my money gave the my car to sell the title wasnt under my name but am the owner of it, they sold it and wouldnt make a check under my name they made was made to the name thats on the title and I dont even know who that is i spoke to the manger she hang up the phone on me called her a year later still hang up on me, The manager was so unprofessional and rude!!!! Those guys supposed to be in jail right now

Bought a car with engine problem but didnt list as any mechanical problem . Never again from here. Copart over iaai any day.

It takes all day to take a car out, but the employees inside 👍🏽

I wish i could rate this place with a zero star or some minus stars, this place is full with rude people. I cancelled my iaai account due to this place and i would never recommend this place to someone else, STAY AWAY, it’s a warning.
