I was just left a message that I cannot have my appointment that I scheduled weeks ago in the office. My options are to drop off the documents or upload them online and wait for a call. BUT then later in the message the woman said that if we were to choose to drop off the documents, we would have to make another appointment. So basically they did not schedule correctly or else we SHOULD be able to go in office and not change our plans at the last minute. I was just on the phone with these people yesterday and at no time did they ever tell me any of this. Who ever is in charge of scheduling needs to be fired because his is not the first mistake we have encountered at this office.

I trust them with my taxes. I get the best benefits of my tax return. Customer service is always impeccable.
