First time customer! Good experience. Nails done by Andrew, he did a GREAT job and price was reasonable. Only draw back about this nail shop is the area... hated the location. Everthing else was great though!I originally gave this nail salon 4 stars but now Im updating this review. The workers here have HORRIBLE customer service skills!!! Andrew does a good job on nails, however they just arent really that friendly to me. I asked to see sample designs and one of the ladies that do pedicures told me no. Very unfriendly!! I probably will not come back here

Service are so bad, rushing, dont even listen when you suggested something that you like them to do with your nails. Always have trouble with the other customers everytime im here. The staff here also fighting infront of us and speak their own language. Seems like they are talking about you. They need to train to speak english while on duty. The last time one of them did my gel manicure, dont even clean my cuticle. Took off the following day. So I decided to stop coming here at Rosa nails.

I had gel done & the lady who did them did not know how to do gel. They ended up peeling off in 4 days. I had called the shop & asked if it was possible for my nails to be fixed. Andrew(the only friendly & the only reason worth going to this shop) told me yes, ofcourse. I had went back and explained the situation & had my gel manicure redone by a VERY rude lady(shame, I didnt even get her name). When I tried to tell her that I called and complained & told her that the mani was supposed to be fixed with no charge, she got all in my face demanding that I pay her and in a shop full of people. Awkward. If you do decide to go to this shop, make sure Andrew does your nails and only him.

One star is too many. They lack customer service and skills. The guy did my nails and rushed through them. The acrylic was bumpy and uneven. Left my cuticles untouched completely. I asked for coffin and he gave me everything but that. Literally every nail was a different shape of square.I also received a pedi.... the water was cold. Although the lady who didmy pedi did not rush, the nail polish she use didn’t match the polish on my nails. Even after I gave her the color number.GO TO PROFESSIO NAILS INSTEAD!

The employees are extremely nice. Andrew is the nail doctor. Its the only nail shop ill go to. Very clean, its small but very comfortable. And andrew is such a funny guy..never a dull moment in there . Talk to him about EDC and he will talk your ears off haha.

The customer service was horrible. The lady that did my manicure did not know how to do gel and did a really bad job. I asked if they could fix it. The guy that works there said it would be waste of his time. Hes the only one that knows how to do gel apparently. Ended up having to go somewhere else to get them redone. Will not be going back.

They rush and dont really care. The lady did my full set and she did them crooked and she complained when I ask if she could apply one more coat. I may add that I got my nails done today and my nail has already popped off. Dont waste your time or money here. And if you dont have any other choice ask for the guy.

Friendly clean shop

Very unprofessional . Only Andrew is the guy who knows what he’s doing . One of the employees told a customer to “ shut up “ bc she was speaking her language and assumed she was talking about her . HORRIBLE place

Worst manicure ever. Lady that did my nails was rushing so she could get another customer before closing time. She got nail polish all over my fingers and my nails were cut and filed very unevenly. I went home and took off the nail polish right away and re-did them myself!

Andrew is real MVP. Wouldn’t get my pedicure with any of the other ladies there.
