Its just ok I wont go back. She didnt even clean under my nails. She made my nail crooked an I had to insist for her to correct it again I wont go back

Before Jennifer opened Carson Nails long ago, she started doing my acrylic nails when she worked in the Carson Mall. I gladly followed her to her new salon. Not only is she professional and does my nails the way I like (I always get compliments), shes friendly, thoughtful and accommodating to my schedule. They always welcome walk ins. I have a standing appt. every 2 weeks so if I ever get seated b4 a walk in...that is the only reason. They try their best to pamper you as soon as possible. Also another gem is Kim who does my pedicures (both Jennifer & Kim will do my eyebrows) but she, Kevin or Jimmy will step up and plan ahead to do my nails should Jennifer not be there. You cant go wrong with any of the nail stylists. Rarely does a nail break, but if one does, they will work me in to have it fixed and Im out the door in a flash. Its like friends taking care of friends. The nail polish lasts and never any problem with chipping. I wouldnt be going to a salon for way over two decades if they didnt do great work and on top of that, they are such good people too.

This place is the worst. I dont how they stay in business. I came on a Saturday and was asked to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in a few hours and was told that they were busy and if I could come back the next day. I was like wow. Who turns away customers and money. So today 5/2/17, I called and made an appointment for 5:00. I got there and just as I walked in the lady called someone to her seat. Then there was 2 other people taken ahead of me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

I got a full set with gel polish and not even a week later the two middle nails lifted and fell off. I went back and Kevin fixed them for free. Afterwards I lost 4 more nails. This has never happened before at other salons. Very disgusted and wasted money. The best thing were my eyebrows. Had them waxed she did a wonderful job. But my nails terrible...

Visiting from the Bay area and needed a fill and pedicure for a funeral I was attending. Got my fill and pedicure on Monday. Left a generous tip and said Thank You. My nail broke on Tuesday. Came back on Saturday to fix my nail and they made me wait for an hour for 1 nail to get fixed. I should have payed attention to the 1 star rating and kept going to the next best location in Carson,Ca. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, OVERWHELMED AND OUTDATED PRODUCTS USED ! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE !

It was affordable, fast, friendly! Ill be back for sure.

Today 3/25 I came to get. Mani and pedi. Ive been to this place 3 times the first experience was good but today for some reason the guy that did my nails was rushing and my nails came out horrible. WORST NAIL SERVICE EVER!!He rushed the whole process (regular pedi&mani) and didnt even out on a base coat! Left polish all on my fingers. Filed my nails all wrong and the polish chipped same day!!! Never ever ever ever go here.

I previously had my nails done by the owner at a differen salon & have gone to Carson Nails since the day she opened it. I have had nothing but the best customer service, so friendly and accommodating. Thats why I keep coming back. My nails always look great & when a nail has broken someone whose available in the salon will fix it immediately. I have a standing appt. & will be seated B4 a walk in customer. They have always been very professional. I alway hear them tell the waiting walk in customer how long their wait should be & that I have an appointment if Im seated before them. Everyone knows the best gift to get me are Carson nail gift certificates. Im on my way there now for my fill & pedi appointment with Jennifer & Kim. Without a doubt I give them 5 stars.

Very cheap, but they did a horrible job on my feet.... They dont use base coat, did not cut my nails even, and even cut me. I will not be going back
