Claudia (night employee) like to close the doors early.My dryer stopped working. Arrive at Laundry 360 about 9:45 to dry my laundry. Doors are closed and lady is mopping floor. Tap on windows, lady says were closed. I stare you close at 11p.m. Lady then says last wash was at 9:30. I tell her Im drying not washing. She says were still closed

Its a clean place to do your laundry, equipment Its not new but works better than ok a bit on the high price but nothing you can do RIGHT????

Very happy with their drop off laundry services. Just make sure to note the times you can pick up and drop off since there is not always someone there.

I dont know how I lived before fluff and fold. This place has very reasonable prices and extremely friendly staff. The clothes always come back organized, folded and smelling awesome.

Great Place to do Laundry! They Have New Machines, recently remodeled, & Great customer service. While you do your laundry they offer Free Wifi, Net Flix Movies to watch and Free Coffee on the weekends. They also provide a very good Fluff & Fold Business. All around amazing Services!

Very clean and decent prices. They have several size washers and 2 size dryers. ... and one thing I really liked was that they marked anything that was broken so you dont waste your money. Not too packed but I did go in a Thursday at noon.

This place is pretty decent the machines are just about almost brand new cant beat it but when you go there in the week and you get a bunch of Samoan families that go there with about 15 loads of clothes and you at the fight over a laundry machine

The staff are friendly and bilingual--English and Spanish. I would occasionally see the owner (no clue if they were the actual owners or not, but Id see them fix up the place and work on the machines from time to time when I was small).I have been coming here since I was in middle school, and theyve come a long way in upgrading: there is now a lounge where you can sit on orange stools and use your laptop or phone in the back (WiFi is free, countertops have an outlet above them that supports USBs to charge your phone if you need it), and a support desk in the middle as you walk in.They offer five different sizes of washers, and a laundry service. Dryers and folding tables are located on both sides, and although some dryers have better heat, theyre responsive to feedback, and will get whatever problem solved if its within their reach.The two coin machines are located on the right from the entrance, along with vending machines for laundry supplies and/or snacks.The restroom is NOT public: you must pay 25c.Folding tables and machines are constantly wiped down by the staff. Floors also are swept/mopped. There is a sink before the support desk.Only problem is that parking is sometimes an issue because of the surrounding shops or heavy traffic in the laundromat, but I usually park towards the middle of the lot anyway, if anything.Personally, I always come back because of the cleanliness + WiFi!

Horrible experience, my dryer broke down this evening. I usually only use this laundromat during those days were I am to busy to wait at home for the next load. During this visit I was amazed on how poorly I was treated. I loaded the dryer and the lady that works there told me that the owner does not allow people just to dry. That I had to remove my clothing and go somewhere else, the worst part about it was that she did it in front of other people and on an evening where 65% of the dryers were available.

Horrible, dropped clothes off came back to get them she said anytime between 7-11 pick them up got back they had a sign to return in a hour was actually a hour and a half and then tried to make me pay again even though i had a reciept that she wrote saying it had been paid just paying took 20 minutes with there computer she must of hit 100 buttons rediculas so if you have drop off get ready for a circus

Need to clean soap dispenser more often people put softener to late and it stays in the dispenser.

Arabian lady or whatever she is rude, tries to micro manage a laundry mat when ppl are here to just wash they clothes.
