Was reluctant at first however was super happy and satisfied with the amazing first class service I received. Everyone involved in assisting me with my shipment to the Dominican Republic was hands down professional and genuinely concerned that I end up a happy customer.

Very shady company. Poorly run. No management. Owner doesnt care. They took my car and never called me. I called 7 days in a row and nobody would talk to me. I emailed the manager lady 6 times over a 8-day span and no response. I finally had to drive 1 hour to walk in there and get an explanation where my car was. She told me they were too busy to respond to phone calls or to send emails.My car never did ship and they never notified me that it didnt ship. You have been warned, stay away from this company.

Able Cargo should be re-badged to Unable-Cargo From the warehousing staff to the office staff & owner management the whole setup is a circus gone wrong!I had 16 Motorcycles + Parts stored with these guys for shipping to Melbourne, Australia not to mention signed receipts from them accepting acknowledgment for each & every bike.Im then informed that all have been loaded into a container when 3 were meant to stay behind in the first place. I was then advised that they have either been stolen or loaded into my container incorrectly. I then sent people to scour the warehouse to locate These 3 un-accounted bikes.After sifting through photo’s sent back to me, i managed to spot 3 of my bikes in another person’s assigned lot destined to a different location!I then offered to have a licensed auto-detailer attend to have the bikes detailed. They offered to co-ordinate it –I received a bill of $260 USD & the bikes arrived in a disgusting condition!Don’t go anywhere near UNABLE-CARGO
