They open the day after thanksgiving. I had broken my tooth the day before and called a lot of offices and no one was open. I called them Friday morning and they saw me as an emergency. The doctor was very experienced and the assistants were very helpful.They were able to do my treatment the same day and I left with no pain. Thank you Smile Saver for seeing me and helping me. A special thanks to their office manager Daisy she explained my treatment plan and showed me how my insurance works. I left learning a lot. Thanks everyone.

I have avoided dentists for a very long time as I’m very tricky in terms of pain medication and have had shoddy work done. The Novocain wears off quickly and nobody has ever listened to me before. They actually did! I also have to sit up for it to really take effect. They let me do that too. My first procedure was a root canal and not only did the procedure go smoothly, but I honestly had minimal pain after and only some mild discomfort the following day. Outside the technical they are amazing people, humorous, and personable.

Everyone was SOOO nice and helpful. They sat with me during my operation. They were very patient and let us take our time when discussing payment plans. Made sure that I understood everything that was going on. I loved it here and would do it all over again!!!

This office was amazing!!! I hate going to the dentist and so does my son lol. We were hesitate to go but we ended up going. I was so happy with the staff and the great atmosphere. The office manager was great and answer all our questions and concerns. We are so happy that we finally found a dental office that is so friendly and honest! We will definitely be back 🙏🏼

You’ve never had a proper cleaning unless Summer has cleaned your teeth. I have had “deep cleanings” before BUT never like this. Summer was very detailed and knowledgeable in regards to good oral health. I was so pleased by her knowledge and just the overall experience of my cleaning.

Smile saver dental broke my heart I really thought I found the dental office for me. I needed to get crowns on my front teeth due to root canals. They talked me into doing it, to me thats a big deal. Ok I made an appointment to see whats the procedure to get started. Im excited because this is a huge step in my life. They have my girlfriend and I wait over an hour and a half and I still didnt meet with the manager. I asked them to give me a call because I have to go. No one never called me. I called back three to four times to see whats going on. They said the manager had a family emergency but shes back. I said okay have her give me a call. Still no call. Upset not knowing whats going on and why I havent received a call. I went online looking for the owner are a different number to call. I spoke with a dentist and he passed the message along. The manager finally called and left a message to call them back with no apology. 💔

Ive been with this dental group for about 2 years now and I seriously dont know why. Ive always have a 15-30 minute wait before I got called in for my appointment even if I was on time. There are new ladies now but before they would have their own personal conversations before they help you. I only stayed because it was walking distance from my house and I liked my dental hygenist Summer. I recently changed jobs which changed my dental insurance. They first checked it and said it wasnt active. So, I waited and a week or so later, I got a call from my dental hygienist Summer personally wanted to make sure I got my cleaning. I told her my new insurance was inactive. She mentioned she would make sure to check it and they did and booked my appointment. Now Im here sitting in the dental chair because they did NOT check my insurance like they said. My appointment was at 11AM and its now 12PM. Im extremely irritated. This is not how I choose to spend my day off because of their incompetence or lack there of.

I was very nervous coming to the dentist because I had a bad experience at other offices but Smile Saver was very friendly and welcoming, the dr was super gentle and patient with me now I actually enjoy coming in to the dentist. They also helped me out with payment plans to fix my smile THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!

Absolutely the best dental experience I have come across in a very long time! First off, I want to say thank you to Dr. J. and the staff members as they excelled my expectations. For me, the dentist has always been a place I feared, however, Dr. J was very patient and careful during my procedure. He asked me how I was holding up consistently during my root canal and I did not feel a thing. All staff members were friendly and made me feel comfortable as if I was a regular patient. I would unquestionably refer this dental office to my family, friends and acquaintances. Again, Thank you smile saver dental group!

I must say Smile Saver Dental Group was one of the best dentist offices I have been in my entire life. I had a really bad tooth ache and I was able to walk in and was seen within 15-20 minutes. All the employees were very nice as well as the dentist who really broke down what was going on with my teeth. They promised to work with me to make sure the cost of my visit was as affordable as possible. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a new dentist office!

SmileCare is the best dentist office Ive ever been to. The staff is all very welcoming and it really feels like the dentists there genuinely care about you. They do excellent work on your teeth and give you tips on how to keep up your oral hygiene. Every visit will feel personal as your dentist remembers you by your face and even remembers details about you that other dentists would never do. I would recommend going to this dentist.

Havent been to the dentist for over a year and this place was very welcoming and accommodating. Mary was the lady who helped me get settled in and she was very kind and helpful. And my Hygienist, Paulette was very nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. The whole place is very friendly and also very professional at the same time. Highly recommend.

I called the office and let them know I was in extreme pain and they told me to go in as a walk in, they let me know that there would be a wait but I was going to be seen. When I got there I did wait a bit maybe about 15-20 min. As soon as I got in the room the doctor checked me and let me know I needed tx immediately. I then spoke to the lady who told me how much my work would be and they were able to work with me financially. Over all I really appreciated them being able to see me last minute. The doctor and the staff were very nice and understanding. Definitely coming back!

This group of dental practice professionals are the best. My experience with the hygienist is always special, her name is Summer. She is warm and bright just like her name. The actual dentist Dr. Morris is the best. He is honest and cares for me as a person first then a patient. The reception clerks are very good with people. They call us by name before we check in. This tells me that they know me. This is a very warm professional group and they are highly efficient. This is the real deal, believe me I have had the worst. Please save your teeth and check them out.

Smile Care is great the staff are attentive and friendly. I especially like that I don’t have to wait forever just to be seen. The hygienist Summer is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. I like the personalized care I receive and I would recommend Smile Care to my friends and family.

The treatment you get from these type of dental offices depends on your insurance. Ive been in the dental field for over 17 years. I never let them know I am knowledgable about dentistry until Im presented with treatment that is unnecessary. My daughter was scheduled to have wisdom teeth extracted. She was turned away due to refusing unnecessary treatment. When I challenged their knowledge and treatment they were lost for words. I stated my daughter would be willing to sign a waiver releasing all responsibility. Coordinator stated that procedure was something the doctor did (meaning not medically necessary) and would not do extractions unless she accepted. Patient care is not their priority, money is.

I went to another office but i found out my hygienist works at this office too. Paulette my hygienist is very knowledgeable and makes sure i understand what is going on in my mouth. She is very gentle. Would recommend her to my friends and family. I will follow her everywhere.

Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve racking, but I can honestly say that every time i have been to Smile Care the warm and professional staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Sommer is truly their secret weapon and the best hygienist i have ever had. She is always very professional, personable, thorough and a joy to be around. As well as their phenomenal staff which includes Dolly, Mary, and Herbert who are always very welcoming, greet me with warm smiles, and make me feel at home. Came here when I first moved to the South Bay Area and needed an emergency tooth repair. Sommer was the hygienist assigned to me and she was phenomenal! Gentle, knowledgeable, and really informative regarding mouth and teeth care. I haven’t had an issue with my teeth since utilizing her advice!

The front office Manager, Miss Jordan is sooooooo AMAZING! She really knows her stuff, is patient, and more than willing to help you solve whatever issue you have. Shes great with returning messages, and quick about getting answers back to the patients. Shes definitely the right person to have at that front desk to represent.

My babygirl needed 3 cavities and an extraction. They explained everything in detail what she needed and how it would be done. They gave her laughing gas and she indeed laughed the whole time lol. I love how they also gave me an option to stay in with her or wait in the lobby. The reassurance they gave me with such great customer service, my babygirl will definitely be back for follow ups and cleaning.

Dont go here. Seeing a dentist here is based on preference, not appointment. Youll wait a LONG time before being seen and, in my opinion, their services are suspect. Go someplace where you and your time are respected. This aint the place!!!

I love this place!!!! My first visit was about a year ago. Before then I was afraid of the dentist and wouldnt dare go to one, not even for a cleaning. Now... omg I cant wait for my four month cleanings and 6 month check-ups. The staff are awesome and it only took them six months to repair the damage to my teeth. Orthodontist: Somer is great and she is the best when it comes to cleaning and repairing your smile. Mrs. Jordan who works with your bill is awesome, she works with you and offers all types of plans to make sure you can afford the work you need. Last but never the least Dr. Morris. He works with children and has a wonderful sense of humor to help the children get over their fear of the dentist. My son loves him!!!!

Great office staff! Exceptional in wait times even with ortho! Reading other posts and it seems to be problems with payment, well for people who dont know this but obviously if you dont get approved for credit you have to pay cash upfront, if you dont have it dont get rude with the staff, obviously you didnt have your coins in order.

Smile Care is a friendly and clean environment. I liked when I walked in everyone was friendly the Hygientist Pauletta Cadilenia took great of care of me when I went in for my cleaning.

My son had an 7a.m. appt at 830 still hadnt been seen only x-rays were done all though the staff is cool they are way over priced and the wait is absolutely horrible took my baby to dental playground and they did the same work and treatments for half the price with no pain and did an excellent job! I came here because I go to the 1 on Manchester but both sites will never get my business again. Especially after spending 5000 with them and still gotta wait 2 hrs to be seen with an appt smh.....

This was my WORST dentist experience EVER. I checked in at 10:15am for my appointed 10:30am dental checkup. I was not called until 11:15am, AN HOUR LATER. After being x-rayed for 5 minutes, I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR to see the hygentist and then ANOTHER HOUR to see the doctor. The checkup all together was about 20 minutes, BUT THE WAITING WAS TERRIBLE. I WAS FORGOTTEN MANY TIMES. Staff members continuously exclaimed, WOW! Youre STILL HERE?! Between the departments they kept saying they were waiting on the front desk to input information, a.k.a. paperwork. After completing the checkup and while waiting for paperwork for 30MINUTES, I JUST GATHERED MY BELONGINGS AND LEFT WITHOUT A WORD.

DO - NOT - USE - THIS - DENTAL - OFFICE - AT - ALL!!!!!!!!!! The ENTIRE staff is rude and entitled; from the receptionist to the dentist they are horribly unprofessional. Im not being dramatic they are ALL unprofessional. Lettie is the rudest of them all. If you all do not like your job, GO INTO A DIFFERENT PROFESSION. If I schedule a full exam, which I did, why did I ONLY receive ONE x-ray???????????????????? Just because I was in slight pain at the time does not warrant you to alter my actually appointment type. If anything, you shouldve continued with the full exam to see if I had any other issues but NO, you all had to be rude, inconsiderate, nasty professionals. The phone holds are super long with no consideration, you keep calling and the same thing happens. The in-office wait times are RIDICULOUS to say the least. And on top of all of that, they do not work with you on your procedures costs unless you qualify for CareCredit. So youre just supposed to walk around in EXCRUCIATING pain because they refuse to accept automatic electronic transfers. When someone has been at their job for OVER 7 years, I think its pretty safe to say that have a steady income. This office is just all around HORRIBLE and should not be in business. However, I do not believe this is the case for ALL SmileCare offices. If you can avoid this office, PLEASE DO SO!!!!!

Ive been going to Smilecare Del Amo in Carson, CA since year 2003, starting with a severe case of periodontal and bone lost. Dr. Fariba Matinfar was a Miracle Worker by performing Osseous Surgery saving all my teeth (I will always love her); and for the last 3 years Sommer Hannah, a superb 5 Star Dental Hygienist, have been helping me maintain my teeth; and I cant forget all of the others in the Office that have helped me over the years, e.g., Yvette, Mary, and Christina. What a great service !!!THANKS AGAIN.

They have you come in for a appointment and then make you wait 1hour to be seen makes no sense @ all.So I wait 1hour and they have my file screwd up and want me to redo paper work and I tell them that I dont have time I will have to come back and I never return so they bill me 128.00 for nothing and I never even see the bill till it pops up on my credit report as a collection there a bunch of crooks
