Martin and Monica did a great job on cleaning and restoring our Spanish tile floor!!!! The floor has never looked this good! Like a brand new floor got installed. They are so knowledgeable as to how to take care of a tile floor and we were just so impressed. Since they are in great demand and always working, it may take a little more time to schedule them, however, it is well worth the wait. We are so happy they came and restored our 30 year old Spanish tile flooring!!!

Martin and Monica are excellent professionals and just who you want to see when your pipes are leaking and your carpet is swampy! A call to them was the first step in putting our fears to ease. They responded promptly and immediately started addressing the problem. They offered assistance with the insurance company; gave referrals for lab testing and further remediation that was needed. I would call them again without hesitation and recommend them to friends and family.

We were looking for a company to come in to clean grout haze left behind by our floor installers. We were concerned that it would not come off as we were never aware of what grout haze was. We called All Points on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Martin answered right away and asked us questions. When we answered him, right away he knew what he was dealing with. He offered to come by to give us an estimate within a couple of hours. Of having called them. He came over and gave us the estimate. We schedule the floors be cleaned on Wednesday of the following week. On Wednesday, he showed up on time with his wife. They were quick, professional and super efficient. The floor was cleaned and looks amazing!! Martin and his wife are super awesome! We are grateful to have found them. Please consider using their services and you will not be disappointed.

Martine & Monica are the Power Couple! Great customer service, polite, and pleasant. The grout in my kitchen, dining room, and hallway needed a lot of attention! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Martine and Monica. I had a badly dirty grouted shower. Martine went beyond what was necessary including multiple trips to Loews (which was not nearby) to get the right color of grout. They are perfectionists. He explained all the options clearly given the type of marble I had. They worked tirelessly over two days and my shower looks like new. And when the bill came I thought they deserved more for the work and I added more money! (BTW This is Karen P. in Marina del Rey, not Kevin. I dont use a gmail account but a friend used my computer once and I cant seem to get his name off of this! )

They really went all out to clean our deck and patio furniture. They really care about the quality of their work and take the time to do it right. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!
