We have really enjoyed our water system. We installed it right after we built our house and it has worked like a dream. We just had it serviced today and everything is running smoothly after 4 years. Really really satisfied with the product!

We have had this system for about 7 or 8 years and get it maintained yearly. We drink tons of water daily so it is important for us to have the best quality water available and this system delivers just that! The technicians are always very polite and professional and they work quickly. Highly recommend!

Love the reverse osmosis system for drinking water! Way better than buying water all the time & my dogs like it too. WTS A merica is great to work with & explains processes clearly. Water is soft & smooth in the shower & helps these old pipes in my house too.

We haven’t had the greatest experience with WTS or their product, if I’m being honest. However, they have been somewhat diligent and reasonable when sending out technicians to service our equipment and ensure that we do indeed get the product we paid for and for that we are grateful!

Pleased customer of WTS America. We recently bought a new construction home and were looking into purchasing a water softener system. WTS offered a free water test and since we were in a new area outside a major city, we figured it would be nice to know what was in our water. As it turns out, we had very hard water and began to do research for a product. After 3 days of investigating and comparing current products on the market and local water softener companies, we could not find a competitor for what a WTS America offered. We decided to go with WTS and they were able to do the install in the following week.Contrary to what Ive read on other reviews, our water softener system seems to hydrate our skin and my wife is ecstatic about not needing to apply lotion after ever shower. Reduced water stains is also a plus and reduced water use. We are happy about purchase and had a great experience working with WTS staff.

We have had our WTS system about 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed having it. The water tastes great, clothes are cleaner and showering is improved.

We had our water system installed 3 years ago at our previous house and just recently reinstalled it in our new one, and enjoying clean water.It has not been a purchase we regret getting, definitely worth it. We also like using all of the great products sold by Gohealthy360. Now I do not like to use any other products. The company has been professional and easy to communicate with.

First year and a half was good, then the computer that controls the system fried. Power outage? Texas heat?? Who knows. Call in process for service could be better. Was without resolution for two weeks. Tried going through the reset process with a service tech on the phone but soon realized our computer needed replaced. One week later and appointment was set. New computer, testing to insure all was working correctly, 15 minutes. Alex, our tech was wonderful, answered all our questions, laughed at our corny jokes, etc. So happy to have our clean tasty water back.

On 8/31/2018 WTS America installed a water treatment system in our home soon after we had issues with the system. I have service work order forms dated from 11/23/18, 3/14/2019, 5/8/19, 6/13/19, 7/30/19 and 8/21/19 as well as WTS sending a representative to repatch a wall they had left blotchy and outside line not connected properly leaving are grass saturate with water. On 6/13/19 they replaced the old unit with a new one but the system still had defaults. The last service call was made due to experiencing clean washed clothes smelling like metal after washing them and are skin was over excessively dry. WTS sent over a representative and there technician, our water was tested we were told levels were satisfactory to there standards. They gave us no explanation why we were experiencing extremely dry skin and a metal after smell in our laundry instead gave us a educated explanation about soap manufacturers as well as there Natural Visions products are only upsales and have nothing to do with the outcome of your system and performance along with the history of there company and offered our family $500.00 for the inconvenience we refused we requested the company to buy back there system and they refused they stated there company does not buy back systems and if they were to then they would have to buy back everyone else that had a issue. We can not use the the system as are skin is left with sever dry skin that causes cuts and peeling. After are system is turned off our problems immediately disappeared. I have reached out to the company and they referred me to seek a attorney and stated that we were being unfounded, unsubstantiated and unreasonable that complaints border harassment. I have sent them pictures of the severity of our skin at two different times and still with no outcome. Please be aware before you decide to spend 7,490.00 there customer Service is beyond poor and there system is falsely advertised. This review is solely on my household experience with WTS America.

This is a fantastic water system and while expensive, saves a lot of trouble and time. No need to buy bottled water at the store, which is good for the environment. Our skin and hair feel and look significantly better. Dishes don’t come out stained from dishwasher. Shower is easier to clean. “Free” detergents are great except for laundry soap and dishwasher machine soap. Their service is quite great when you need it.

One of the greatest investments Ive made. System works wonderfully and makes our water feel amazing. We havent had to buy water in years. They have a wonderful service team, always friendly and helpful. Differently would recommend to anyone

This will be a long review. I apologize in advance, however, I believe the information is relevant. Our family just moved into a new home and we were dead set against buying another water softener/water treatment appliance. You see, we had bought a water softener from Culligan at our previous home and within a year, it failed. The service wanted $250.00 to diagnose. The repair plus labor was going to be $1500.00.We soon found that our water was hard and didnt taste good. After long consideration, we made the decision to explore what was available. We are glad we found WTS America I waited to write this review, until we required service. I noticed that the salt level was not going down so I checked the digital readout on the unit. It was apparent something was wrong. Given our last experience, this realization caused us some anxiety. I contacted Dennis, the gentleman who sold us the system. He provided the number to the service department. We called service and scheduled an appt. Chris arrived on the day 15 min. early, was personable, replaced a component and we were back in business. He even stayed and checked to ensure that the system was functioning properly. The service call plus repair was $0.00.From the initial sales call, to the service provided, this company is as professional as it gets. This is an investment in health and happiness and they get it!!! Dennis, our sales professional, was honest and didnt try to handle our concerns. He listened to our concerns about our previous experience. He told us that this company was outstanding and he was correct.I would like to thank Dennis and Chris for representing this company as the professionals they are. Pros: The initial water test demonstration was really good and informative. They installed the system the next day. The installers did a great super clean install.Cons: the system isnt worth $9000. The system I received had a Maytag sticker on it but they dont actually make the system. In fact you can buy an almost identical system from home depot for around $500 and have it professionally installed for another 700-1000$. They justified the monthly payment with the Natural Visions products. Unfortunately the products arent that great and they only gave us 15,000 points which isnt enough to last more than a year. Additionally during the demonstration they left out the part about the filters under the kitchen sink needing replacing every 18-24 months at the cost of $200. I recommend the demonstration they offer but do your research before committing. There are better, cheaper solutions out there.

$199 for filter replacements for the reverse osmosis system is ludicrous - and you have no choice but to pay that every 18-24 months if you decide to purchase a system from this company to continue to have clean, drinkable water.Funny how they dont mention that during the demonstration (AKA: high pressured sales pitch).

Great product with amazing customer service. There have been a couple issues with the brine tank not emptying the water completely and Alex has gone above and beyond to make it right. I cant say enough good things about him and his customer service with this company.

I had this system installed shortly after moving to my new home in 2017. I also had my shower redone and I have few issues with water spots on the glass and the shower water feels fresh. We also do not have the issue with the Algae bloom in summer making water taste bad, so I do not by bottled water any more. I recently had the unit service as an O-ring was warn and they came quickly and fixed the problem with courteous and professional service. Recommend system and Company.

Stay away!! We were manipulated and lied to to get this water system. Important information that I learned AFTER the fact that the salesman failed to include on the front end is that they do not take systems back so you are literally stuck with it. If you finance the system, it is basically a personal loan that you are responsible for regardless of what happens to the system. Very disappointing. Had I known either of these we wouldn’t have purchased it.

Absolutely love this system!!! Weve had for nearly 3 years. We quit buying bottle water after we had this installed. Its a wonderful investment for the family. We feel better knowing were drinking, cooking, bathing with cleaner water.

Great Service all around. Its been almost 2 years since we had the system installed and just had someone come out to check the reverse osmosis under the sink. Aside from addressing that filter, the technician, Alex, also topped off the salt in the he purification system and swapped out the water spicket on the reverse osmosis line to a brass fixture we hadnt installed after our kitchen make over.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE PRESSURE YOU. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt this was necessary. When they first came knocking on our door, I was told that this company was going to test our water complimentary for a $50 gift card and we would have an option to buy a water filter at the end. She made it sound like it was no big deal and would only last 45 minutes. Little did we know we would have to sit through a 3 hour sales pitch that was basically like high school chemistry class. He rambled on about how we could save all this money because we wouldn’t have to buy water bottles and cleaning products.... yet this system cost 10,000. What I strongly disliked about this whole thing was the high pressure sale tactics he was using to get us to sign up for one of these things. He acted like he was calling “his boss” to see if he could offer any more discounts. Him “calling his boss” is all a part of the sales pitch to make you believe they are giving you a good deal. coincidentally he had a granddaughter with the same name and profession that I was in and he was “able” to throw in two discounts (new homeowner and medical worker) that would save 2,000 to drop the price to 6,080.. super convincing! So we would be paying a low price of $68 a month until we pay this thing off. (10 yeas btw while acquiring interest) while he was holding the phone to his ear he reached out his hand to “congratulate” me for signing up for this filter system when I never once said “yes, I wanted to buy one” He started asking for our driver licenses so he could get our information and a date to install it. I said woah woah woah I never said yes to this thing and he got all mad “oh I thought you did? You don’t want clean water!!?”I said I don’t want to pay this and feel pressured to buy one on the spot!!! He didn’t give us an option to one... think about it and two.... to look at other filtering systems or have a trial run to see if we like it.. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of us being young to manipulate us into buying something that we didn’t want to buy! Needless to say that it was an awkward couple minutes when he was packing up his test tube and beakers.... lol! I can’t stand it when salesmen think they can walk all over young individuals or others who don’t see that it’s a scam. Yes the water tasted good, but not that good.

We had a whole house filter and reverse osmosis system installed several years ago. It needed serviced but we didnt know who to call. WTS left a flyer in our mailbox with a coupon. Their technician Jake was extremely polite and professional. He fixed a problem we had from the installation and was very fast and efficient with his work. Were so glad to have our water tasting great again and to know that our system is functioning as it should. Thank you Jake and WTS!

Ive had the WTS system for over 5 years, installing it when I moved into the house. I suffer from eczema and the water treatment system helped mitigate the inflammation. In addition, having a water softener treatment system reduced the need to buy bottles and bottles of moisturizers and lotions! Excellent service, loved the presentation. I really like my new clean water and definitely recommend it. It tastes great and is very healthy (I add some minerals back to the RO water and it’s the best thing there is.) Do your research for a peace of mind but it’s a great product everyone should have. Beware!We bought the water treatment system few years ago, when the sales guy came he told us about warranty coverage that we never have to pay on the system only to buy filter for the drinking water treatment system in the kitchen which we can order and install ourselves if we want. He never mentioned paying $199 each time they come in for service on the system. Honestly, its a pain especially when we think back we wouldnt have purchased the system. If you really decide to buy the water treatment system from WTS please make sure you tape the transaction or video it so there will be no arguments.

We’ve had the RO and home system for 3 years. Water taste great and we love the system for showers and watering plants. If you live in an area with bad water you should really contact these folks and let them come out and show you what the city is allowing you to drink. Worth every penny.

We have had our water system for 2 and 1/2 years and it has been awesome. We have noticed a huge difference in the quality of our water. We no longer buy bottled water anymore and our clothes look and feel cleaner.

Please dont do it. If you ever need any help you will be routed via call center without no call back. I have been trying to get a call back for the past 3 month for a failed equipment. I paid about $5k for this device that is not currently working. I am very disappointed.

At first we were a LOT hesitate about purchasing a water treatment system, we did our research on other units and came to find that you would spend more a year on filers then with the RO unit. The crew that installed our unit was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of how the units worked and answered all the questions we had. Our water now is awesome, and leaves no slimmy feeling. Deb and I came from an area of the US where the water quality was outstanding...Unfortunately, the water quality in the Dallas Metroplex left a lot to be desired... We very heavily reasearched all types of water soteners, water conditioners, you name it...We had a number of companies come out, but after looking at the GE system from WTS, it became clear it was far and away the best (and most cost-effective in the long run !!!)... Pretty easy decision...

The appointment folks on the phone were very disingenuous. This is not a 45 minute demonstration. It is a 2-3 hour sales pitch, where you either spend 8k or sign up for 8k with 10% interest on the spot or you cannot even keep a flyer about the product. Unless the hourly rate of you and your spouse combined is less than $50 for 2+ hours- $12.50 per hour. This is not a worthwhile endeavor. It was 2+ hours of talk about dangerous chemicals, but he was unable to explain what chemicals and why they were dangerous- other than chlorine. Which is apparently the devils own brew. Ofcourse my continuous interruptions to remind him that all water is a chemical did not help.

Talk about high pressure sales tactics!It all started one evening when a gentleman came to my door wondering if I would be interested in listening to a marketing presentation for a new product that was being developed by GE. It had to do with water testing and water purification. It should only take about 45 min to 1 hour any day I wanted to schedule an appointment. At the end of the presentation I would receive a $50 gift card to the store of my choosing. Or I could donate the same amount to victims of hurricane Harvey or Irma. I elected to donate. The form he was filling out on his tablet was weird too. That should have tipped me off. He had to write on a PDF copy of the form with an e-pen. It was awkward waiting for him to fill out the form which should have been an easy process using correct electronic forms. Or just use paper and pen! What a concept! Whatever. At least it wasnt a lot of information. And the gentleman was friendly and professional.I received a phone call a day later confirming my appointment time. The caller was also friendly and professional.The technician arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and got right to work setting up his chemistry set. Ok. Im a chemist by trade. Im not in water treatment but I know most of these reactions that hes talking about. I know the tests are not AT ALL specific for (suspenseful music) CHLORINE! Ahhhhhhhhhhh! Scary right? Apparently, this is news to me, this stuff is like the devil. It will literally come into your house and kill your children. It doesnt even care! Dang chlorine, you scary! Anyway, we listened on. And on. And on. He made coffee with this magical filtered water and it tastes good. To an uneducated person who sees all of the scary statistics and bamboozling sciency color changes this must be really convincing. No doubt these guys have this craft down to a science. They let you wash your hands in this water with regular soap. It really does feel different. The water coming out of that filter really does taste good. Amazing! Cue infomercial music now! You could save thousands (he quoted saving like 10 grand over 10 years because of using less soap and less electricity.)Finally, three hours later we get to the good part. All of this glorious water goodness can be yours for the low low price of.... $9900! What? Talk about sticker shock. But thankfully you dont have to pay it all at once. You just have to make payments of like $80 a month at 10% interest! Holy shite! Oh that price is too high? Well knock off tax and installation ( down to 7800) and throw in 5 whole years free cleaning supplies! Lol. Knock off tax! Hahahaha! Lol. Call the IRS! Hehe! If you didnt like the 10% interest well let you pay 5% for 1 year then jack up the interest to 13%! My god! But dont worry its simple interest which means Jesus himself blessed it with his own magic farts so its like you never even wind up paying interest anyway! He then called his HQ to work a magic educators deal which brought the price down to 6000! Man what a great deal! At this point my wife and I are like, this guy is not clueing into the fact that we dont intend to plop even 2 pence down on this filtration system. The worst part is that this company expects you to buy on the spot. I understand you want to sell these systems but scare tactics and high pressure on the spot deals are never good practices. He even had the nerve to bring up the fact that I was too concerned about money and not the health of my family! Sure! You just convinced me! Lol! There you go buddy you earned your company a 1 star review on Google.Point is that the only thing youve convinced me to buy is a snarky no soliciting sign for my house. Now Im going to have a nice glass of toxic death water. Wait... Whats that sound? Its my door being busted down. Its Chlorine! Chlorine has come to get me.... Ahhhhhhhhhhh!
