My family has been delighted with our experience with The Tutoring Center. My high school son began twice weekly sessions to catch up on math skills that just had not “clicked” for him in school. The Tutoring Center helped him firm up his foundation and support him in learning new material this school year. He never once complained about going (which is saying something as we’ve had to drag him to sessions with many other tutoring options we’d previously explored). I know his understanding has improved as evidenced by the improvement in his grades— he has an A in math!! Honestly, the best part has been watching him gain confidence in his skills and himself. I have to admit, not having to spend hours at night trying to figure out homework with him has been pretty amazing, too!

We highly recommend The Tutoring Center, Carrollton! It is well run and staffed with qualified tutors that not only teach the students, but also make it a fun environment. They are very responsive to emails and always accommodating when scheduling changes arise. This is a must for busy parents with busy kids.

My son started attending the Tutoring Center a few months before starting kindergarten. With his pre-4 program closing at spring break due to COVID, he had forgotten a lot of the basics he was learning for kinder prep. The Tutoring Center has helped tremendously in getting him back up to speed with his reading. A bonus is that he loves going! Highly recommend!

This year has been crazy with COVID-19, and my 5th grade daughter has always struggled with attention. This means her performance declined drastically as two full time parents in the medical field were not able to give her the support she desperately needed at the beginning of this school year. Gratefully, we found the Tutoring Center, Carrollton who has done an amazing job helping her get caught up on her lesson plans and moving forward. The tutoring center does not use a cookie cutter method like many of the nationwide programs, and they give the children the individual attention they need to help them succeed. I highly recommend their program and have seen the results first hand.

The Tutoring Center is amazing! My son has been going there for his Pre-AP math and the tutors there are wonderful.

The Tutoring Center has been a great experience for our now HS-aged son! Initially, he worked on improving his writing skills as the demands for school papers increased his 8th grade year. We saw significant improvement in his writing skills and confidence. Then, they helped him prepare for the ISEE (private school entrance exam) and entrance essays. After being accepted into his HS of choice, he moved to Geometry tutoring in preparation for placement exams (ultimately, he was placed in Honors Geometry). We appreciate how The Tutoring Center is always willing and able to help with any need he has. Thank you!

We have had such a great experience at The Tutoring Center. My son loves attending this program and is growing every week!

My stepson needed help to pass the HiSET/GED test and we only had a small amount of time to study and get him prepared. With the help of The Tutoring Center, not only did he pass, but he passed with his best score in math (which was his lowest score when we started). Within 4 weeks, his improvement exceeded our expectations and then some!Without the help of Ancy & her team, specifically Gary, my stepson wouldn’t have been able to get to where he is now with his education. They are amazing!! The facility is clean and quiet and the tutors are very dedicated to each student. I would highly recommend The Tutoring Center!!

My 4th grader loves this tutoring center. We had tried few more places before but my son never enjoyed and it was a hassle to send him to tutoring but he loves going to tutoring center.Also Ancy Wash is wonderful. She keeps in touch with me and update me of my sons progress and he is already doing better in school and his concepts has improved.I would definitely recommend this tutoring center.

We love The Tutoring Center!! My daughter is in 2nd grade and she has been going there since July’18. The tutors are patient, understanding and help keep her motivated to always try her best. She loves going there.....especially when she earns ‘grab bag dollars’ and gets rewarded for her hard work. I know the owner and she is very accommodating to our schedule. She sat down with me and showed me the progress my daughter has made. It definitely gave me a better understanding of where my daughter is at and what they are working with her to help her improve. I would strongly recommend this place for kids who need a little help or just want their kid to excel.

My 5th grade daughter has been going to The Tutoring Center to strengthen her math skills for several months now. She is on grade level but needs additional challenge.She LOVES going to tutoring. I’m not exaggerating. She sincerely enjoys attending. The tutors are so nice and the reward system they have set up is very effective.I also liked the free assessment they give and all the information they were able to measure & report to me. Highly recommend!

We have been thrilled with the progress our daughter has made by visiting the Tutoring Center. She loves the incentives provided for doing a good job and the lessons learned at the center are translating to her homework at home as well. So glad we signed her up for that extra help she needed.

My daughter loves the Tutoring Center so much that she asked if it could be “her special place” that not even sisters got to go to! I’d say that is pretty high marks!

The Study Skills curriculum has been a great fit for my son, made even better because they customized it to fit his needs. Its also taken a lot of stress off of me, which has been awesome.
