We had a WONDERFUL experience with Kelly Rentals. The website was very easy and simple for getting immediate quotes online. Once, we secured our party equipment rentals from there on it was super easy and didn’t have to worry about anything! The delivery was made so easy and the pickup was even smoother. We are very please with the experience and will be renting our equipment from them for all of our future events.

Kelly Rentals did a wonderful job for our wedding on October 2, 2021. Although they were running behind due to weather, they volunteered to help set-up our 250 chairs and multiple table rental for us once they got to our venue. The chairs and tables were very clean and were in great condition! The customer service was also fantastic and very timely.

I rented the white chiavari chairs for my event and I couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out. The rental process was very easy and returning it was very easy. A great company to work with and great communication. I will definitely use them again for all my future events

Kelly rentals is the only vendor we had issues with at our wedding. We paid an extra $300 fee for the chairs to be delivered early (10 to 11am) and they were not delivered until after 4pm. We have reached out to them multiple times for an explanation or refund and have yet to get either 3+ months after our wedding. Find yourself another rental company and save yourself the heartache. Definitely do not recommend them!

I recently rented some materials from them for my wedding reception and amongst it was the wedding arch. What they delivered was a wedding arch with sides that were a foot different so it didnt connect at the top without being so lopsided it wouldnt stay upright unless leaned against the house. It was so disappointing because we bought decorations for it but it was such a poor arch that it was unusable. Getting a hold of management has been nearly impossible to receive a refund for the arch that couldnt even be used. So unhappy with this company right now

Great rentals for the price. Very responsive company but became quickly unresponsive at time of pickup and drop-off. It was my wedding weekend and we were told we could get the rental a day early. We stayed at home all day and no rental/no contact either. We left multiple voicemails and still never received a response. They eventually delivered at the original time the next day, when I was getting ready for my wedding. When it came time to pick up, they charged us an early rental fee because we had a flight that day, and still no pick up until 5 hours later, when we had already left. Not blaming the delivery drivers, but there needs to be better communication with management in general. I even called after the event for a refund on the early pick up rental fee and still, no response. Again, great rentals, but poor communication and management in general. I would be weary on getting your rentals on time.

Great customer service, very friendly and nice. Our tables and chairs were delivered on time on Sat and they were picked up on Monday. They didnt come too early and called ahead. I love when people call ahead especially with a baby and a dog. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

They get customer service! We had a company wide even requiring 33 tables, chairs, and table cloths. Their team arrived on team, set everything up, and steamed each table cloth in under 2 hours. They were in constant communication with our needs, as well as their own to ensure everything went smoothly. In the end, our event went great, and we received many compliments on the set up! We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
