It was my first visit to a ace cash express, and it’s definitely now my go to spot when I need anything in terms of finances. Alexis is a great example of amazing customer service. His great attitude and bright smile made cashing my first time check a great experience for me and my raudy kid. Not many employees would have the patience and care Alexis did, which really says a lot about the people they hire. Great pick and great store.

I came by here to try and cash my stimulus check and agree 100% with the previous review thatthe employee that assisted me, Alexis, is so welcoming, friendly and kind!! Great customer service is always refreshing and I will definitely come back to this store in the future. I’m not sure what other check cashing places charge but it did cost $15 here, however I just wanted it done asap and I was happy that they could load the $ directly to my cash app account using my card.

I’ve had a couple of unpleasant experiences in one of the locations in McKinney which is closer to where I reside, but given the great service at this location, I don’t mind traveling the longer distance between the two. Great customer service.The district manager Amy resolved my problem in a timely manner after I was mistakenly charged for cashing some money orders and she made sure I got a refund. Not only did she resolve the issue but saw to it I did not have to go out of my way. I appreciate that they believe in customer satisfaction.

The sale associate was very professional nice and let me know the different products the store had to offer.

-Location does not process MoneyGram bill pay-Payment info was set up through moneygram app and was rejected. Associate assured me had no idea what i was talking about and asked me to provide info I didn’t have on hand to start a new payment on his system. Have never had an issue using this moneygram app at CVS. So either this location does not process bill pay or associate today just didn’t want to pull it up.

Accurate good customer service very helpful

Everything was fine, but they didnt really explain much to me, and they had no A/C which made it frustrating.
