I am new to the wig family and needed a lot of help trying to figure out my options and what would work best. LaShawn was AMAZING! She came in on her day off to help me just because she heard about my health issues and wanted to help in whatever way she could! She spent quality time with me telling me all my options, trying on wigs and making me feel so comfortable. She loves what she does and you can tell!!! She was kind, compassionate, understanding, and empathetic. I never thought I would say it but I am SO excited about my wig!!

I had to pay for a consultation (&50) and they did not even have the wigs on site they had listed on there website. False advertisement for sure. The girl that helped me was super nice. Was not her fault the owner or manager was the one who was not upfront and gave me the misleading information.
