Visited GA from Co. And I happened to do my eyebrows done there . The girls happened to do a tremendously excellent job with my eyebrows very soft hands good technique and very communicative.Also, I happened to do the facial too omg after 40 mins later, my face was incredibly soft and smooth and didn’t realize it’s the same me. The massage that the technician gave me during the facial was heaven . I highly recommend going to this place I wish I was there to get their these great quality services. If visited again will definitely do it again.

I’m a very picky person about who touches my brows, so i’ve been going to the same girl for years. But today i decided to go to this place for the first time just to try it out. I usually do waxing on my brows, but this time around i did threading. The lady did such a good job and asked me if i was okay during the whole process since it was my first time. The service is great and they’re so polite. Definitely recommend threading over waxing, it hurts so much less in my opinion lol. I will definitely be back here for more!!

I came here to get lashes because mine were coming off and my normal tech does not work on Sunday. Usually I am hesitant with new places but the reviews were good. Needless to say, I went and for 28 bucks my lashes are amazing and I dont feel anything. They are clean and beautiful!!!They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back again!!! Thanks guys!

Just had my 2nd Brazilian Wax & OMG, best experience EVER!!! Both times I had someone different & both ladies made me so comfortable!! Excellent, very professional, very nice & clean!!!!!

They always do a good job on my eyebrows, but the wait is a little ridiculous. It’s always a 45 minute wait for a brow threading. That’s the only reason I can’t give them 5 stars. They never have enough people working.

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded. They do except you to wear a mask. SUPER professional. I got eyebrow threading and lip wax. The girl kept checking if I was comfortable and the threading did not hurt. The massage she gave me on my eyebrows after threading was life!! All I can say was everything was very comfortable and professional. My sister got her eyebrows tinted by another girl there and did not like them but even she said she would go back because the customer service was so great!

Eyebrows are always good but the last few times I’ve waited 20-45+ minutes for eyebrow service. Don’t want to come back but nobody else is better in Carrollton unfortunately.

I’m a long time customer here! I have had nothing but great experiences every time i come! When i first started coming, i was getting my brows waxed. Now i get them threaded & tinted & love it even more than waxing, but my brows were perfect with both types of treatments! I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them with all experiences! They make you feel so welcome when you enter the doors & take their time while working with you to give you exactly what you want. I’ve never had a long wait because they make sure they are working in a timely manner to treat everyone! I will always be a lifelong customer!

I got my eyelashes done here and it was amazing!! The lady was super nice and friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Bring a jacket it was freezing in there😂 it took about 2 1/2 hours to finish the lashes, which is expected. Altogether it was a great experience and my lashes look great! I highly recommend this place.

I come here with a friend of mine and everyone is so nice but the musty smell is overwhelming. Especially when you just wanna relax. It’s so bad when your getting your eyebrows threaded.

So this is normally my go to place however, I went to get cluster eye lashes done Sunday evening. I was told by the manager that they last for 2-3 weeks and if something happens or they fall off I could come back and get them replaced for free. Well that was a LIE!!! They started coming off Wednesday night, I called Thursday morning and I was told that I could get them repaired for $8. I went and paid for them to fix them even though that’s not what I was told... and get this I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD BACK FROM THE MANAGER!!!

Customer service was great, was greeted at the door.Although the older lady that did my eyebrows did a lazy job.She waxed the peach fuzz surroundingy eyebrows but didnt do my eyebrows themselves, I ended up having to tweeze my eyebrows myself when I got home.

This place is wonderful!!! Everyone is so kind, caring, and very professional. Every time that I go, I always receive the best customer service. If you make an appointment, they work very hard to make sure you are seen by that time (even when they are very busy). I love to book an appointment with Brooke—she is fantastic—, but if she is not available, I know I am still going to get excellent care. Their prices are also very great, with very convenient hours that they are open. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Very rude. Didn’t greet me on my way in at all. Was waved at to sign in while they finished they conversation about who knows what. Then she started my eyebrows and then stopped in the middles to do someone else’s!!!!! She finished hers and then can back to mine 30 minutes later! Very rude didn’t give me what I asked for like an ARCH(what kind of eyebrow place doesn’t know how to do an arch🙄. AND I DONT LIKE THEM AT ALL

I have been going to this place to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done for about 2 years. These are professional technicians that provide the great customer service and have many options of beauty services to choose from (threading, waxing, lashes, facials, etc). I am always happy the way my lashes and eyebrows are done. Namita does my semi- permanent lashes and I am never disappointed when she gets finished. They come out looking full, dramatic, and clean. She cares about all her customers and does her best to make everyone who leaves the salon happy. This place is also very flexible and reliable when I schedule appointments! I highly recommend stopping by this salon for eyebrow threading and trying the individual false lashes!

First time getting my eyebrows threaded, and the young lady who completed it was FANTASTIC. She was so sweet and continually made sure I was okay. They had a weekly special for a facial posted, so I said “why not?” 40 minutes later, my skin is soft, and glowing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have had my eyebrows threaded several times and had the scalp massage twice. The threading is always precise and not painful. The scalp message is AMAZING. It is so relaxing. However; you do want this to be the last thing you do before going home. They use oils in your hair so it kinda looks a hot mess, but so worth it! The staff is so kind and wonderful. Best customer service around!!!

Great service! I had an appointment to get mink lashes and when I arrived, I was serviced right away. During the application of the lashes, it was one of the most comfortable experiences so much so that I could have fallen asleep right away if I wanted to. The woman doing my lashes was so generous and helpful. She made the experience so much more comfortable. The eyelashes feel wonderful and theyre so natural-looking but elegant. Ive already gotten a lot of compliments and its only been the first day. Its also an added bonus that the lashes are $90 when normally theyre way more expensive.

This is an amazing place! The prices are wonderful-for eyebrows, its just $10-and the service is superb. The best part about having your eyebrows done here is the end when they apply some lotion and actually message it into your eyebrows and even a bit of your temples. Such a great experience. I went for eyelash extensions ($90) and a wax ($25). Great prices compared to other places. Probably spent a little less than 3 hours in there. Definitely will be back :-)

This was my first time ever visiting this establishment, and I had a wonderful experience. I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I have fell in love it. My eyebrows look 100 times better than when I get them waxed and the process was NOT painful at all, waxing is actually more discomforting than threading. I also got a Brazilian wax, which I was hesitant to get cause I usually go else where, but I had a wonderful experience with that too. It was actually less discomforting here than my regular place. I would very much recommend this establishment!!!

Wonderful place! Very professional and timely. It was easy to call and book and appointment. I went specially for lash extensions. Ive been going to Atlanta and spending twice as much but my lashes were not staying on very long. They did a fuller set for a better price here and the fill-ins are half as much as I was paying. I also got eyebrows threaded and have already recommended the place to three friends.Gold stars!

This place is amazing! I just moved to Newnan, GA from Fort Lauderdale, FL and I wasnt sure where to go to get my eyebrows done. I read the reviews on several places however Impressive Eyebrows had the best reviews. I drove 40 minutes to get here and it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. The service was great, its very clean, my eyebrows look perfect and to top it off it wasnt expensive at all. I will come back here from now on and I suggest you check it out too :-)

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! When I went to get my brows done today, the person that was recommended for me to see wasnt in there so I decided to give the other lady a chance. I was already tired from working the night shift and I just needed my brows threaded. I told the lady I just wanted them cleaned up (I dont trust EVERYONE with my brows) so she had to do as LITTLE as possible. First she did my right eyebrow and it was fine. Of course she actually cut off more than I wanted, but I could work with it. On my left eyebrow she COMPLETELY messed up. There was hair missing on the arch at the top of my eyebrow. I questioned her about it and she tried to blame it on my eyebrows being so thin (even though I had been growing out my brows since the last time I came here) but I was too tired to argue with the woman. After I paid her, I left and in my car I decided to recheck the work she had done. I then discovered that NOT ONLY DID SHE TAKE OFF A GOOD CHUNK OFF THE TOP OF THE BROW, BUT SHE ALSO TOOK A LOT OFF THE FRONT OF THE SAME BROW. My left eyebrow looks like TRASH, so I decided to turn back around and confront the issue. When I arrived back at the store, the woman who I was recommended to tried to help me (I dont know how you can fix MISSING HAIR) while the woman that did my brows was working on another client. I explained that her associate plucked off the inner part of my brow and she tried to convince me that I simply didnt have hair there (AS IF I DONT LIVE WITH MY BROWS ON MY FACE EVERYDAY). She was constantly insulting my intelligence and not letting up on how this is MY fault because I never had hair there. I was so frustrated and disgusted at the service I received, I just got up and left. I always try to support small businesses in my area, especially if Ive heard great this about them already, but this was UNACCEPTABLE. I will be GLADLY taking my business to Douglasville where my BROWS are ALWAYS taken care of.

My daughter got her eyebrows waxed as she has several times from other places in the past. They burnt her eyebrows and she has already started scabbing over. Her eyes are very swollen. I wont go back nor recommend this place

I got my brows waxed and individual lashes. She dida good job on my brows but the lashes..Well they looked good but i noticed how stiff they were near my lid and that gave me pause. I usually do my own individuals and have never had that happen. Well that was Saturday and by Sunday night my eye started being agitated. Initially i just thought maybe it was the amount of lashes but it got progressively worse. To make matters worse, they wont come off with coconut oil or even vaseline! Apparently you have to have them take them off. Well clearly this is a dangerous practice because fast forward to Tuesday afternoon and I figure out theyre not coming off. At all. I call back to them, again, (the first time a young lady suggested the shower and oil) the owner?? answered this time and basically said Id haveto come in. I told him my misery but it was 10 mins to closing and Im 20 mins away. I work at 8 but they open at 10. I wouldve done a better job of accommodating my very unhappy and miserable customer, but I guess thats not their philosophy. So here I sit. Waiting for them to open. Missing work. Im beyond aggravated.

This was my first time gettin my brows threaded and i was already shaky cuz i do em myself and they look great and i don’t trust ppl with them bc they make my face. my mom convinced me and i told the lady exactly what i wanted and i even showed her a picture of what i wanted which was the way i do my eyebrows. but she did her own thing and threaded half my eyebrow off and i don’t kno how long this is gonna take for it grow back i start school in two weeks i’m gonna look stupid. and the worst part is that my cousin and mom got theirs done too but theirs look great. the thing she really didn’t need to do much to mine but instead she ripped half of them off.
