Spend 400$ for merchant delivery, and they delayed more than 2 weeks. Calling their customer service asking the blocker, but very irresponsible. Do not use this poor and slow shipping service.

Really nice guys. Especially the forklift loader who I had. Quick load as well. Maybe 30 minutes then bols and seal then I was on my way. You couldnt ask for a better shipper. Too bad these guys cant train 95% of the shippers Ive been too. I would definitely like to come back.

Had a 1300 appointment, showed up at noon. Called the shipping office, they didnt answer and mailbox was full. Had the option of leaving a text MSG with your phone number, so I did. Tried a couple more times to call with no luck. After 15min got a call back and checked in. Guys on the phone were professional and polite. They gave a me door at 1300 and started loading at 1320hrs. I cant complain.

They said they delivered my package yet it is not here and when called back they provided a bol signed by someone else. when i called back next day they were rude and said i had to deal with someone else and when they asked driver who signed it he could be heard in back ground saying he did .

Tried to track - broken, tried to call - nothing

Appointment at 11:00 a.m. showed up at 10, 1:00 p.m. received door 4:00 p.m. still not loaded.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, bypass in a big loop!!!

Showed up 20mins early. Had to wait 2 hours to get a door. Now cant make deliveries on time at a friggin Walmart and Target no less. Thanks so much!

Arrived at 2:44 pm for a 3pm appointment. Called to check in & told theyll call me when they are ready for me. They called at 5:40 pm to give me a door. Well see how long it takes for them to load me. Well...loaded at 7:33 pm. So, just under 5 hours here, royalty screwed up my 14.

Long wait..got in in time, called then no answer by phone..mail box full...went to door will not let u in and ignore you..thry say call but will not answer...

I came twice to load Walmart’s load. Took 3+ hours both of time to get loaded.

Not a good place for flatbed 4 hrs and counting to pick up a load .

If it was a cold Storage it might be 2 daysto load a truck

25 min to load! Very nice people. Turn in between the two warehouses. Last door on the right.

Large open parking, easy check in and fast loading. Staff was very professional.

I think they want to get you loaded but when your hauling to Walmart they are always waiting on paperwork. Takes hours to load. Several trucks spending the night. I hate coming here.
