Very nice and Jeff all ways look out for his employees I love this job and there very understanding when you have a emergency

I was due to start Hart Hanks assignments on the 8th with a IT call at 11am. I had a doctors appointment earlier that same morning that ran over due to blood work. I called Courtney… no response. I called Steven to let him know I’d be getting into the IT call 5 mins late a hour before the call. They told me I couldn’t be late for a zoom call. I called today about new WFH opportunities they have since they already have all my information. I was told “Although a valid reason I couldn’t work with Harte Hanks again.” I never even started with the company to already be put off any future assignments! This company does not have a “work life” balance. Please do not even waste time applying here.

Beware! If I could file a lawsuit I would! We walked into a job and were told the wrong hours for hire and were not able to do the position so we were told we would be paid for the three hour orientation that we did do and was never paid for it because I was charged for my background and drug test! Terrible staffing agency for robbing people like this! I would not recommend and I hope there business suffers tremendously for how they did us! Wasted our time by telling us the wrong information about the job! We stayed the whole orientation to try to reach a resolution on the hours within hopes what was told to us would be honored! It wasn’t so I asked if I would be still be paid for our time at the orientation to find out that I would be charged a 45 dollar fee for background and drug screens! Beware of a Jeff Namanny. I ha w never been treated like this from a staffing agency and the Dallas Cowboys should not be affiliated with this company. I will see to it that my experience is blasted on all platforms and people are aware that this could happen to them as well!

This is by far the worst staffing agency I see why no one goes here like that they don’t contact you back fast enough I literally texted the boss before they closed she texted me back after they closed and told me to contact them on next business days I tried going to the boss after the fact her assistant lied on me and she was caught in a lie when I showed my proof the the company they sent me to also I was supposed to get paid today you think I gotten paid but guess who’s not answering the phone... keystaff

The ladies at KeyStaff are so amazing, laid back and chill. That make you feel comfortable from the time you walk through the door. I left their office today feeling comfortable having them as a staffing agency. Plus I’m pretty sure I got the job! BUT I will say that there was no social distancing in the actual office. There were a lot of people in the waiting room basically sitting side by side. But the office is small FYI for anyone planning on going. Besides that I’m happy to start on Monday. Thank you ladies

I had a great experience!!! Autumn is the key staff rep that took care of me and has done a fantastic job. I saw an ad she posted, called and she got me in to do my paperwork the same day and called me back at 6pm the same night to tell me I would be starting the next morning!! I love the job and people I work with, she has taken great care of me. Thank you Autumn!!!

I had the pleasure of being assigned to Ms. Autumn she was very knowledgeable and she sent me step by step instructions to navigate through the process. Also when I called she called me back immediately she was highly professional. In the future if I need assistance I will definitely request her help.

The reason i gave this place 5 stars because of the amazing workers. Autumn has helped me on more than one occasions . i receive emails and texts whenever jobs are available and always receive a call back never waisted time. The agency keep lying like they gone place me on a job assignment Been almost a month now keep telling me I start Monday and never gives me a call to start and here it is February 15 and I still havent started been waiting to start at this company called mars... !! SINCE January.

I came in on a Friday, and the following week on a Tuesday, I had an interview, and got the job!! So this is my first going through a staffing company I always found a job on my own, but I put my pride aside and try something new and I feel so welcome and the process was easy . Madison she works at the front desk she was friendly from the beginning to end and made sure that I was comfortable she carry herself so professional I would have never thought she was so young I had a interview with Autumn she was nice, kind, understanding.She seemed interested in getting to know me and getting me a job .we had already had a Plan B if plan A didnt work and I appreciate that . Everything was easy because of then so that’s why They have a five star in my book☺️☺️

I wish I could give zero. I was scheduled to have an appointment with Michelle. When I got there, I told the receptionist I have an appointment with Michelle and she was like I only have this job available. This agency is not reliable to anyone who is looking for a job. I do not know about these reviews who are giving 5 stars if they are honest.

Ms Autumn of keystaff of Carrollton made my job search alot less stressful. She is professional and proactive and work hard to keep me on assignment. She communicates constantly and answers questions so that Im clear about my assignment where to report etc. Thank you key staff.

They honestly seem as if they dont want to be bothered. The dude Anthony who had initially recruited me didnt even come out to greet me even when I was sitting there waiting for them for 30 MINUTES. The accounting manager or whatever the hell Autumn literally glared at me and walked right past me to set up our little interview in the room then came out being extra fake like she didnt just avoid acknowledging my presence. I regret going off on her like I initially wanted to, but I kept it classy and cute. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars but lets just call the one star for the receptionist, she was pretty cool and somewhat helpful. Anyway, dont waste your gas or time on these miserable people.

The worst service ever! The recruiter lied about how much I was getting paid. She sent me all my paperwork a week into the job and then rudely told me that if I didnt want it that I could quit. No regards whatsoever! Timesheet, paystubs, health insurance all of that info was not sent to me until my manager reached out to her and said something because she told me to go to the employer for all of this. Train your people! AND STOP LYING!

They ordered lunch but they give me no tip at all. It seems like they like screw people over

Key staff is the worst company to work also when waiting so they can speak to me about a job I arrived at 1030am me and another lady were the only ones in the office for almost 3 hours very slow all they did was gossip and used bad profanity.

Work with keystaff.they r the best..my 2nd job tryna let my knee heal so quitting my temp assignment..they understanding and I gave a notice so when am healed up I can work with them again..they try to communicate with their employees and understand them..
