I am always treated courteously, and punctually. I like my dentist . She pays personal attention to my dental needs and inspires confidence.!I would however, strongly advise all personnel at the clinic who face the patients (dental hygienists in particular) to wear N95 masks at all times at work place. Remember, patients can NOT wear masks, since you are dealing with their teeth !! You N95 is the ONLY barrier standing between Yoo and the patient, who could be shedding virus. Your OR their vaccination status does not matter .

Dr.Chandy has been treating me and my wife since 6 months. She is humble, sincere and honest. She makes us feel very comfortable and very kind. She has done all the treatments we need and now we have no problem. She is great. God bless her.

Same day appointments! It was my first time going there and I absolutely loved it. Great experience, very friendly staff. They answer all our questions and even had a follow up call asking how we were doing the best day. I 100% recommend them to anybody who wants to have a great experience at the dentist office.

Went in for an initial exam today and the experience from start to finish was great. From the first greeting to the wait time, x-rays through the exam every single staff member was friendly and attentive. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and understanding. I have a strong fear of dental pain/work but I felt very at ease in their environment and am looking forward to completing my treatment with them!

We had wonderful new patient experiences with Dr. Chandy and her staff at Aegis. We were able to schedule myself, my husband, and my son all back to back which everything so much easier. The doctor and her staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly. She was so patient with our young son who wants nothing to do with medical providers. She even had some great ideas for next time as she has young children of her own. Detailed and thorough, she explained everything as we went along and put us at ease. Fantastic care and highly recommended.

Great staff-all very friendly. Making an appointment was easy, and if I called with any questions, they were quick to answer.I went in on a Tuesday at 11. There was a small wait but nothing unbearable, all within reason.Dentist Dr. Moji is very thorough and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process from the examination to the cleaning.The waiting area was comfortable, and the restroom was clean.Overall I had a great experience for being at a dentist appointment. Id recommend them for sure.

5 stars for the beautiful smile your gave my son. Gave me the courage to have the same procedure for myself. I put over a $ 1000 down. When I got home all I could think about, couldnt be so selfish . I asked if I could cancel my procedure and have my down payment back. Dr. Came in to speak with me in person.i explained my situation and he said that I could still get some work done and no implants. Then he spoke to someone from the reception desk. He wanted to know why I wrote a nasty and slandering his work and office. I started to cryTold him I didnt know what he was talking about. I havent been back since then. Never again.i should have taken him to court then.

I have not been to the dentist in a long while. I was afraid and embarrassed and frankly dreading what they would say. They were professional and reassuring and addressed my immediate concern and mapped out a plan reassuring me that they would work with me to have my needs addressed. My only regret was not coming to see them sooner.

This is the best dental office ever! I drive all the way from Fort Worth to bring my kids here! The waiting area is very clean, presentable, and comfortable. They have toys for the little ones to play with while you wait. The dr made my 4 year old feel very comfortable and important! My 1 year old was calm and relaxing during his exam & cleaning. My 4 year old couldnt stop talking about the Dr after we left! This place rocks, dont go anywhere else but here. The staff is amazing and anyone who makes my kids feel at ease, comfortable, and valued will always earn my business!

My visits with Dr. Chandy are excellent. I find her to be professional, friendly, and conscientious. Being able to discuss diagnosis, recommendations, and insurance coverage comfortably was important to me and I am able to do so with Dr. Chandy and her staff.Wait times for visits range from 10-15 minutes - often less. The waiting area and facilities are always clean. Parking is readily available.Overall my experiences have been great. Here is a truly honest review..I found this dentist because I felt some discomfort in my mouth in July 2017. I went in for an initial consultation, found out I had 2 new cavities and 3 of my old fillings needed to be replaced. Ouch, OK well that is not the Dentist fault whatsoever. So I opted to get them replaced that day because I saw a lot of really good reviews for this dentist. Big mistake. They finished cleaning my mouth, then awkwardly had me give consent to pay the entire amount today while carrying out my 5 fillings. By the way, the whole scenario seemed really heartless to me so I had my husband stop by during the procedure. The unbudging crew of receptionists called my secondary insurance one time, then chalked it up to pay now, we will try your insurance again, and reimburse you later. Once the procedure was complete, that day I had already begun to feel uncomfortable but I thought these new fillings just need to settle. It is now March of 2018 and I am currently at a new dentist, I need to get all 5 replaced again. So in essence if you want to get involved with a heartless dentist who expects you to pay out of pocket for your procedure before they finish hearing back from your dental insurance, then quip you in the form of reimbursing you with the option we can just leave it as a credit on your account. ALSO, they tried creditting my account 3 times, I made it very clear every time I wanted to be REFUNDED. Getting a refund from this Dentist was like pulling teeth. Then all the same, if you want your dental work to go bad within a year, this is your dentist.
