Have an old hard drive for photography that started clicking on a trip to Dallas. Looked up various companies that specialize in data recovery for hard drives and found Flashback. Dropped off my hard drive, bought a holdover for the rest of the trip, and have all my photos back. Highly recommend them. Professional, easy to work with, and I have all of my old photos back.

Flashback did a great job!!!! I had an external har drive that got some mildew on the circuit board. They recovered it easily, gave great options for recovery devices endgame me a customer centric recommendation. The process was quick and everything was explain thoroughly by each person along they way. I was very impressed that not a single person dropped the ball or was unresponsive. Their prices were lower than (or on par with) the 3 other companies I looked into. I chose them for that and they were in Texas.
