Excellent place to work!!! There are so many great things about SMI from the family-oriented culture and transparency from the executives. Still, my favorite thing about SMI is their focus on ways to help their employees grow personally and professionally. They have a great online learning tool called SMI University that offers courses to help me be more prepared for promotion opportunities!! Not many places are focused on helping their employees succeed, but at SMI, that is their top priority.
